slow internet connection, no car liveries or helmets to earn.
Because I have a poor internet connection, I can't participate in online events. This means I can NEVER get a new livery (like the Japan Red Bull) or a Max Verstappen helmet. I would love to see these available in stores as well. [CM - edited for language]
TrackIR can only be enabled in-session – very confusing UI design
Hello developers, I want to report a very unintuitive UI issue regarding TrackIR / Extended View in F1 25. The Extended View option is visible in the settings menu, but it cannot be enabled unless you are already on track and open the options via TAB during a live session. There is no indication anywhere that this setting is session-locked. Because of this: * I spent almost an hour troubleshooting * I assumed TrackIR detection or software versions were broken * I uninstalled and reinstalled an older TrackIR version unnecessarily * I lost time remapping controls that could have been avoided Nothing was actually wrong with my setup — the only issue was that the game does not explain that TrackIR can only be enabled once the cockpit camera is active on track. A simple message such as: > “Extended View can only be enabled during an active driving session” —or hiding/greying out the option with an explanation— would have reduced this to a setup under 5 minutes instead of a 1-hour frustration. This is not a gameplay issue, but a quality-of-life and UX clarity problem that especially affects TrackIR users. Please consider improving the UI feedback here to prevent unnecessary confusion and wasted time. Thank you.
TGT-II issue
I have the TGT-II wheel with TCLM pedals, but when I turn the steering wheel the gas goes to about 30% and only returns to normal when I stop pressing it (this happens in all games, and I only play on PS5). I have tried all the solutions presented by Thrustmaster and even on the forums, I'm desperate because nothing works, And it's already been 3 months since the problem started.
Activities Timeline Auto Skipping After Each Race!
Hi I am experiencing an issue I think where in MyTeam after I complete every race weekend and return to my HQ the “Activities Time Line” starts automatically moving towards the next race and I can’t stop it, it always stops with 2 days left before the next race which basically gives you no options on the activity list to complete since most of them are 4-8 days long is this an issue or can I do something to stop it happening as it’s impacting the MyTeam experience not being able to setup activities for all the departments ? I did have a look through the settings and couldn’t find a toggle anywhere I also tried button spamming to see if it would stop it happening but still no luck, can anyone help me or share some light on this for me would be much appreciated thanks. PS I’m on Playstaion 5 just incase it helps.

Hey Racers, i decided to take some Time to make a Feedback Sheet for the next F1 Games towards the Developers (looking at you EA and CM) and something to Discuss for everyone. If you all have a Idea to add in or wanna Discuss just write something down there and hopefully people from CM and EA will see specifically this discussion or Thread. Just be Respectful and dont hit anyones other idea off the stage. I think these Ideas would be good to make F1 games alive again. They could use some in depth from other Racing games too and Ideas from F1 Manager as well. I hope you guys say as much as me. Hello everyone. I'm playing F1 for years. Passing from the 2018 to the f1 25. The function is the possibility of talking to the engineer on F1 24 both on PS4 and on PS5 on F1 25 is no longer present. The thing is really frustrating and above all annoying. The console can do this, since f1 24 played on PS5 can. When do you commit to fixing this huge problem? It's an important step backwards compared to the past. Being able to communicate verbally with the engineer is important and makes you live the gaming experience better without distractions and annoying manual research on the question to be asked. MyTeam freeze loading screen after update. Kush Maini glitch
Hi guys, MyTeam mode freeze on loading screen +5minutes. Loading progressbar works but nothing happen. There are people reporting same glitch in steam forums, and all we have in common is Kush Maini is in our team. Maybe after update something brokes. Steam/PC here.
Controller Direction & Tyre Wear issue since launch + China bump bug
Hi, I'd like to talk again about the controller issue for higher level players, especially regarding quick direction changes, tyre wear and general understeer. I won't go into much details about each specific issue as the first two can be easily tested and confirmed in 20 minutes by any decent player with a controller abd the third one will also be felt by most high level controller player and has also been reported by many peers. Other thread about the issue With F1 25 lasting 2 years as opposed to the usual year I hope a higher amount of longterm support for the game than previous ones have received. As such this issue should be appearing in the community raised issues, investigated and fixed. While it isn't "that big" of a priority as most of the playerbase is casual players, this is still deeply frustrating for a group of usually very dedicated fans and players and shouldn't be ignored. - Also as side note that is also not seen in the community raised issues unless I'm mistaken, there is a bump at Shanghai on the exit of 13 that produces a problem similar to the bahrain T4 bump. The attached video is about it.Fix the tyre wear on console.
I moaned about this a couple months back and ik this will change nothing as usual but I meed to get it off my chest. I play on controller I consider myself to be quite fast. Similar pace to my friend on a rig, we do co-op races mostly 110 ai the races that cost me in the championship every season are the ones I am forced to do an extra stop because it is not possible to save tyres like people on a wheel. i understand wheel users should have an advantage because its harder to learn but it should not be this drastic. We are just done with the Qatar gp and I naturally 2 stopped compared to the 1 stop of my friend I was on my hard tyre 5 laps less I ended with atleast 20% more tyre wear. Like I said this has troubled me and others for months and I have tried changing my style and setups It has little to no effect. Also while I'm here make it so you can select the hard allocation on co-op career cheers EA 👍F1 25 Ranked multiplayer races experience.
I'm writing this post because of recent events in the game that have left me quite dissatisfied. I could be wrong, but after reviewing several replays after each of my ranked races, I can say the problem must lie with the game. Since reaching the "Gold I" rank with an A license, earning points in ranked races has become impossible. I'm constantly receiving penalties for offenses I'm not responsible for, and those causing serious incidents, breaking racing regulations, or any rules of racing etiquette are not held accountable by the system. This is the beginning of my adventure with Electronic Arts F1 games, and I don't know if such incidents are commonplace in gameplay, but I think something should be done about it. Here are a few examples of events that have caused me considerable dissatisfaction: Damage that prevents further driving - During one of my recent races, a player behind me started to overtake me outside of the track (we were on a straight). When coming back onto the track he hit me, pushing me out of the racing line. When I tried to get somewhat closer to it, he hit me again, crushing me against the wall and breaking my suspension. He carried on with the race without any penalty, while I faced a 15 points deduction for destroying my car. Dive bombing resulting in crashes/pushing outside of track - The best example of that would be the last chicane at the Japanese Grand Prix. I have been dive bombed at least three times by people going off the track. All they got was a warning for cutting corners (nothing for pushing me off the track) and they still had an advantage. Off-track overtaking - It is quite simple. Other players have been overtaking me outside of the track and by cutting corners quite a lot. In Career mode, there's a solution to this, as a player who illegally overtakes an AI player is forced to cede their position under penalty of disqualification. For some reason, this approach isn't implemented in ranked matches. I think these are quite serious issues that hinder gameplay, and I think something needs to be done about them. It should be known by now that the devs just decide a power unit sound to be applied to ever player's f1 world car (in F1 25 it's Renault, in 23-24 it's Mercedes). I think it would be a great idea if the devs would associate power unit upgrades with a manufacturer, (champion v1 could be a Honda PU and would have the Honda PU sound) meaning if you earned a power unit upgrade maybe look like "[insert PU name here]-Ferrari" and you would know its a Ferrari power unit and would have the Ferrari PU sound. Not that the devs don't do fine with it. But it would be great to have the annoying Renault sound Everytime you drive your f1 world car.
