FALSE BAN
Short and sweet. I recently got falsely permanently banned from the game. EA help takes way too long to deal with situations like this and now I'm missing the most exciting MUT promotion so far. I am sure others may be having the same problem. I didn't even load up the game the day I got banned nor did the intention of cheating even cross my mind. I am a college student who plays Madden purely for fun in my free time and now that is taken away from me, and I would like some help? I wish online support was still accessible by phone or chat.
Why is this game so hard to play
Hello, I am 52 years old and I’ve been playing Madden since the games conception in 1988…This is 2025 and I’ve bought Madden every year for a total of 37 years straight. I think I am entitled just to voice my opinion because I’ve given Easports some much of my time and money over the years…By far in my opinion, this is the worst product (Madden 25) I’ve ever experienced…I hate this game…I wish I could get a refund because I just can’t play it…it’s to hard…you can’t play defense…I can’t win a game to save my life…For the 1st time in my life after 37 years I’m am done…I won’t buy Madden 26 or the next Madden chapter ever again….Easports has lost a loyal customer permanently…I don’t understand why the game is so difficult and I just can’t adjust to it…and it saddens me…I’ve tried making adjustments and nothing works for me…I’ve always considered myself a pretty decent player over the years…now I can’t win one a game or be consistent in winning games…I want help but, I also feel like I can’t throw the ball because of all of these new features or play defense…I studied players like Henry and still I can’t win a game…I realize that the pro’s use certain adjustments, tricks and tips that I just don’t have access too…and it upsets me…But why make a game that is so hard to play…I’ve broken at least (5) ps5 controllers this year, because I’ve been so frustrated…I work for Ford Motor Company on the line building the F150 ev’s and pickups and my job is very stressful…Over the years Madden has always been my release after a long hard day at work…I come to play and it’s always help me to release and relax…This year’s Madden 25 does the complete opposite…I mean I’m not one to complain, but I’m done…I can’t figure it out and I’m sure this the future so…I give up…I know if the Legendary John Madden was listening 👂, I’m sure he say let’s help this loyal customer out…I hate the game now…Feature Requests for Madden 26

Im confused because I claimed them last night after I got off the stream, I got home from work today and checked my Madden account and nothing was on there. I went and checked twitch and (the pic i took) i saw that it says i “didnt claim it”. Has anyone else have this problem too? I’m just annoyed because I watched for like two hours lol.Madden 26 online head to head
Player makes pre snap adjustment to he's defensive...makes my offensive play change from running play to pass play...this all happen after i scored on first play of the drive ..next time I get the ball.player makes adjustments on defensive.. changes my play on offense....is this a new glitch on madden.
Madden 25 superstar the league questline how do you complete
So i have a question for ea madden 25 superstar mode im wondering if someone can help me out. So for the league under questlines there is a number of different quests the one im asking about is with my quarterback so theres fresh start all the way down to showdown quests right now im addressing the quest names BRANDED the quest is MAKE A PASS ON THE RUN UNDER PRESSURE and i tried everything i cant seem to get it to work anyone have advice or experience with this?
You took out COOP
Madden 25 no longer has franchise COOP. The red controller still shows up, but you cant switch it over. Also, on PS5, the share play timer runs out and takes that controller out of the game, then comes back as the next color, green then yellow. It did that in 24 and CFB25. If that could be addressed to where I can play coop again and not have to worry about the share play timer, that would make me so happy!
Team logo replaced in Franchise
Logged on to play a Franchise game and the Pats logo on the scoreboard was replaced with the NFL logo and a black background. Assuming this is because of the season pass I was forced to opt into despite not playing Ultimate Team, why does this override the Franchise team logo?When are they going to fix this game?
When is EA going to fix the blocking in this game? It is absolutely awful that every play I go to run or do PA I’m getting sacked due to the lineman just pushing someone and moving to the second level or not blocking whatsoever. This has been going on for multiple years now and it needs to be fixed. Along with all the other issues of missed assignments not only with blocking, it’s CB,SS and LB coverage also.

Just downloaded the 9/17 Patch and it updated all the profile pics, and I have to say I loved how Madden would always revert players to the basic white jersey top. I hate having players on my team in multiple colored jerseys based on where they 'last were' before I got them (I wish the NHL series had this feature too), so I hate seeing feature removed. It just doesn't feel like the player is 'mine' or 'one of ours,' but still 'with that other team.'Madden 25 Incorrect Playbook H2H quick play
When I play a madden 25 H2H quick play match the game does not load with the correct offensive or defensive playbook. It loads with the offensive and defensive playbooks for the team that I set as my favorite team which is the Rams. I’ve changed the playbooks in both my general settings and the advanced settings right before you search for a game but it still gives me the Rams playbooks. I’m not trying to use custom playbooks, I’m just trying to use different teams playbooks. I’ve had this issue in past maddens but going into your settings and updating the default playbooks fixed it but not this year. Any help on how to fix this issue would be appreciated. It’s ruining online play for me at the moment.Connection issues
Server ends game way to often . I reported this before. Buy still the same problem. I contacted my internet provider. They tell me the issued is the internet servers are overloaded and drop connections. This is the only game I have this issue with. After 3 years and still the same problem . I won't buy this again.Franchise Roster Issue
On Xbox (could also be PS) Creating a new Franchise, it keeps reverting back to a previous roster on the “choose a team” screen. -doesn’t matter whether the league is online or offline -doesn’t matter if you’ve loaded a custom roster -doesn’t matter if you’ve downloaded the most recent roster update Just keeps reverting back to an unfinished roster that has DTs Derrick Brown and Cam Heyward as 99 overalls This same exact issue has been relevant since the end of last football season and was never fixed in Madden 25
Kate Scott Commentary Makes Game Unplayable
The commentary team in Madden NFL 25, particularly featuring Kate Scott, has made the gaming experience nearly unbearable. Despite her extensive background as a sports broadcaster, her performance in this game falls flat, lacking the energy and engagement expected from a play-by-play announcer. Players have reported that her calls sound overly enthusiastic for mundane plays, which detracts from the immersion of the game. For example, during a simple two-yard gain, her delivery is exaggerated to the point of absurdity, making it feel robotic and disconnected from the actual gameplay. Moreover, the commentary is riddled with awkward pauses and lines that often seem out of place or irrelevant. This inconsistency can lead to moments of silence that disrupt the flow of the game, further frustrating players who are trying to enjoy their experience. It's particularly disappointing that EA Sports has not provided an option to turn off the commentary entirely. Many players find themselves wishing they could mute the announcers altogether to salvage their enjoyment of the game. If this lackluster commentary continues in future updates or installments, I will seriously reconsider purchasing any more Madden games. The inability to customize such a crucial aspect of gameplay is unacceptable, and it significantly impacts my overall enjoyment of what should be an exciting football simulation.
