Challenging play calls
I really wish on one of these games when you challenge a play, it gives you a list of options so you can actually challenge what you want, instead of the computer just deciding, cause I had a play where the QB was rolling out of the pocket and stepped out of bounds, but he then threw it and completed it like 30 yards or so down the field in the 4th qtr and I tried to challenge, and instead of challenging the QB being down for stepping out of bounds, it challenged the catch, so then I lost a timeout in the 4th qtr for the computer decideing to challenge the catch instead of what I actually wanted to challenge. And then there's so many times that a player is down earlier and play doesn't stop then you challenge the play and they review the spot of the ball on from where they blew the play dead. Granted this idea would probably be too complicated to actually do, but it's nice wishful thinking.
Suggestions to make Madden more innovative and playable
1. Revamp Franchise Mode (Make It Feel Like an NFL Universe) Dynamic Storylines: Incorporate evolving narratives like player rivalries, locker room conflicts, or off-the-field events that impact gameplay (think NBA 2K’s MyLeague depth). Improved Draft & Scouting System: Add more realistic scouting reports, hidden traits, and in-depth prospect interviews that influence draft decisions. Coaching Carousel: Allow hiring/firing of coordinators, with schemes and philosophies affecting player development and gameplay. --- 2. Smarter AI & Adaptive Gameplay AI Adjustments: Defenses should adapt to repeated plays. If you spam slant routes, the AI should adjust coverage or blitz schemes to counter. Realistic Player Behavior: Implement situational awareness where players react to clock management, field positioning, and game scenarios more like real athletes. --- 3. Overhaul the Physics Engine True-to-Life Tackling: Move beyond canned animations. Use a physics-based system where size, momentum, and angles impact tackles and hits dynamically. Ball Physics: Make the ball react naturally to deflections, bounces, and weather conditions. --- 4. Immersive Presentation (Make It Feel Like an NFL Broadcast) Dynamic Broadcasts: Add real-time stat overlays, halftime shows, and weekly highlight reels from around the league (like NFL RedZone features). Better Commentary: Use AI-driven commentary that evolves based on season progression, player milestones, and rivalries. --- 5. Career Mode with RPG Elements Deeper Player Career (Face of the Franchise): Make decisions off the field matter—endorsements, media interactions, relationships with teammates, etc. Position Flexibility: Allow for position changes mid-career based on performance or coaching decisions. --- 6. Authentic Crowd & Atmosphere Home Field Advantage Mechanics: Stadiums like Arrowhead or Lambeau should create noise levels that disrupt audibles or cause false starts for opposing teams (similar to NCAA Football’s "Toughest Places to Play"). Dynamic Weather: Weather should impact gameplay beyond visuals—wind affecting kicks, rain causing more fumbles, snow slowing players down. --- 7. Customization & Mod Support Team Creation & Relocation Options: Expand relocation with more cities, custom uniforms, and stadium designs. Cross-Platform Play: Unite the player base with cross-play for online modes. Mod Support for PC: Allow the community to create custom rosters, updated uniforms, and even gameplay tweaks. --- 8. Fair Monetization (Ultimate Team Fixes) Skill-Based Rewards: Shift focus from pay-to-win models in Ultimate Team to more skill-based progression. Franchise Save File Team Name blanked out
Currently I have Madden 25 for My PC and have been playing it for a while without too much issue as far as glitching is concerned. However I recently started a franchise as the Jaguars but when I go to load the franchise the screen that shows my different save files (at the moment its just the one because i got bored of my others and decided to delete them) it will show my save file from the jags and when I last was on but where its supposed to show the team name is just blank. Now I dont know if its a glitch exactly or something else but whatever the situation is its been happening to me since like madden 22 or 23 without fail every year just at different times. There was once it happened because i got disconnected from the EA servers but got fixed as soon as I reconnected but when I check I am currently connected to the servers so it isn't that. I have also attached a picture as my explanation admittedly may not be the best. Do i need to clear my game memory or something? If anyone knows what is going on or how to fix it if thats even possible help would be appreciated. Otherwise I guess I will probably have to limit how many franchises I have going at one time so i can remember which is which without seeing the team names on the save file.
Madden ranked rewards
Everybody got ripped off or robbed out of our ranked rewards and because some idiots believe they got what they were supposed to they will not be giving us what we were supposed to get and for the idiots saying you needed to be in the actual top 100 check my video proof to debunk your ideology (getting my top 100 reward without “still being in top100”) then getting robbed by ea
Can’t play ultimate team or anything
I recently bought a PlayStation 5 today and I’ve logged back into my account that I used to have on ps3 back years ago. I downloaded madden and also bough 1 month of PlayStation so I can play online. I downloaded madden 25 and when I try to play it gives me a screen that says I need to log into EA and reset my password and gives me a QR code to scan so I can reset my password. I’ve reset my password 4 times already and it gives me a message saying “Attention The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later.” My account is not banned and when I go to the ea website it says my account is link to my PlayStation. I don’t understand what to do. Please help.
Madden 26 Wishlist
What are some things we need for Madden 26? Some of my thoughts are: Custom Play Builder (where you can design your own offensive and defensive plays) Team Builder In-Game (like 2k) and more customization to it Improvements to Boom Tech or just get rid of it (it’s so broken) along with improvements to other animations More statistics recorded (pressures, targets, etc) A true coaching mode where you can call the plays and watch the game happen A better GM mode Power rankings in Franchise Make Arcade mode crazy with crazy animations and competitive super realistic Import CFB 25 Dynasty mode draft classes Make momentum more equal and with less of an impact (all my franchises have it turned off because it’s too overpowered when your playing at Buffalo or KC) Custom Schedules Make it so that team builder can add teams not replace
