EA Server Connection Issues
Hi, I recently purchased Madden 25 for my PS5. Things were going well when I started. However, since after midnight on Saturday 17 August (AEST) I received an error message: "The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later." Can I please have a resolution for this, as it is almost 72 hours. I look forward to receiving a reply. Kind Regards, Jeff
Madden 25 CE 108255-1 Error Code
I just got this game for my birthday. I have it on ps5 on a disc. When I install it onto the ps5 the game won't even load to the menu. The ps5 is on the most recent software update and madden game is also updated to version 1.006.000. The CE 108255-1 error screen comes up immediately when trying to load the game. I followed all the support steps provided on the Sony support page. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've gone into safe mode and rebuilt the database, that didn't work. I factory reset my ps5 and reinstalled it and it still comes up with the CE 108255-1 error. haven't been able to even reach a loading screen let alone a game menu. what's the deal?
Unable to access Madden 25 Ultimate Team
Madden is down What is up with EA they can never get things right. This has been going on for years now, always same issues. Solo battles has been mess up for last few weeks now unable to play all you see is rank, top players. I am trying to finish season 2. I've been having issues connecting to madden NFL 25 servers ever since the game launched. I've done everything, reset router, reset ip address, port forwarding, factory resetting the Xbox, reinstalling the game, i even went to a friends house to test if its my account and it is. My internet is not the issue because i can play every other ea title with no problems at all, only when i play football. I had my buddy log into his account on my xbox and he was able to connect to the ea server but when we switch to my account, the server error popped up saying they were not available. we signed back into his account and the game immediatly connects to the servers. i need you guys to fix my account!!!!!

We'll usually need to replicate the issue ourselves, then we can start working on a fix. Sometimes a patch or update to the game will be needed to apply the fix. Connection Troubleshooting Advanced Connection Troubleshooting Having an issue on PC? Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Madden NFL 25. If you're running any third party programs or overlays in the background, try disabling them before launching the game. PC graphics troubleshooting Are the steps above not helping? Please be sure to include a DxDiag in your post. Having an issue on an Xbox console? A good place to start with Xbox troubleshooting is power cycling your console. This can help with many of the most common issues we see. This process doesn't erase any of your games or data. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important: Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox. Having an issue on a PlayStation console? Power cycling is usually the best place to start with PlayStation troubleshooting. This can tackle most of the common issues you might run into. How to power cycle your PlayStation console Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/PS5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game. Tip: If you're using an external hard drive for your console, whether or not it's for Madden NFL 25, make sure all of the game updates are saved to the same storage drive. If the files are located on different drives it could cause errors or performance issues. If you have the game saved to an external storage drive, reinstalling it on the internal drive might help with crashes or errors. Hello, I have tried running the EA Anticheat installer to try to assist with this issue and it keeps telling me "Invalid game directory" when I have attempted to update it. I have also tried reinstalling the Anticheat but it fails when it gets ti ResourceExtract every time, everything else shows successful At this point I am completely unable to get into the game at all
madden 25 connection problems - connection loss + instant reconnect
The connection problems are getting worse every day it seems like. Had 3 tries for my first game in superstar, connection lost every time. Mut is almost as bad: - losing at least 3 games of solo battles per week - solo season is unplayable because of the resets to the lowest rank I don't get it, wifi seems fine, no message from the ps5 about any connection loss. Just an in game message with a kick from the game. But as soon as I land in the main menu, a instant reconnection brings me back in to the mode Anyone else with this problem?
