So I have been trying to update my lineup in ultimate team but everytime I try to goto my lineup the game goes and gives the servers cant process your request at this time message and then puts me back to the main screen. I dunno why they resorted to using this forums site but this has never worked or helped me solve the problem. Ea taking the cheap way making us gamers try to help solve problems for each other while ea sits back and collects money and actually not fix there broken games. This company has no competion for football so they can make a half **bleep** game and focus on how they can make more money instead of actually making a good overall game. “Looks like you need to renew EA Play” error when I’ve never had EA Play and have played this game without issue for months. Account Sanction
The other day I was on the companion app while I couldn’t get on madden and I got banned later that night for trying to buy cards. But instead of me being banned where I can dispute it, my account is sanctioned with no dispute option. I play the game competitively and the fact that I’m being banned for using the app licensed by the people who make the game is absurd. The only thing it lets me do is email ea help, which everyone knows how that goes. MUT Solo Battles not working
Every time i try to select solo battles from the main menu in MUT, my game hangs on a blank screen for 5 seconds or so with a loading icon in the corner. Then it boots me out of MUT back to the main menu and i get a popup message saying “Our servers cannot process your request please try again later” (only read up to the can’t process your request wording may be slightly different for the end of the message the popup force closes before i can get a clear look at the whole thing) I’ve tried restarting the game as well as restarting game and console, to no avail. this is on an Xbox One X and my network connection is working perfectly, NAT is open and no dropped packets on my endSolved164Views3likes4Comments

Teambuilder logos Turn into White Blocks
I spent about an hour before work today building a team with pics and ideas I've created the last couple days. After I upload and play a game all my logos are just big white blocks. I have made dozens of teams, every pic is turned into a PNG file with no background. All of a sudden my madden crashes upon startup. I have verified game files, ran game as administrator, reinstalled game completely, restarted my pc and many other things. When I try to link my EA Account to my Playstation Network account for Madden 25, I get an error message indicating that my PSN account is already linked to a disabled EA account. If you are having issues with your mut squads and getting kicked to the menu I have a fix! The issue for me was having fusion Arik Armstead as my poweback1 in specialists. Genki force players are glitched right now so try this as a fix!
