Please let me know why my ban says overturned but EA has not taken any action to make me whole again? Can EA please provide a better description than “abusing the auction house”. Your software has been known to ban players for making smart transactions using the auction house basically punishing players for being good. If you are trying to stop 3rd parties from making money you don’t have to ban your good customers. Just write code that spoofs out suspected 3rd party player cards from appearing in the auction house. This way if a legitimate player crosses your arbitrary line at least they don’t get banned. Their card will just simply not show up on the auction house and return to their binder. EA is the only company that punishes their customers. Banks constantly are trying to keep thieves from stealing from them. They come up with ways to deter thieves without banning their legitimate customers. . I have been playing MUT for a long time and MUT 25 has to be the worst experience I have every had. For Months I have had desyncs on 80% of the games I play in MUT, only a handful of times I can even remember a game getting to the 2nd half. Every time a player I'm playing against who does a run play, automatic desync. It's not my internet connection my average speed is 450 mbps with an ethernet connection its legitimately because of your poor servers. I have had opponents in games take timeouts at the begin of the 1st quarter sending me messages not to do a run play because of desync on run plays, this is a widespread issue and this should be a priority Madden 26 is around the corner, why should any of us buy that when this Madden and MUT especially is basically unplayable. EA Sports please for the love of god, fix your game, fix your servers and please prove to us that you are not just some money-hungry corporation that doesn't care because that is the energy you are giving your customers. I'm consistently appalled by how lacklustre your effort in these games has become and honestly how greedy you can be, what is the point of micro-transactions and pre-orders bonuses when every year you just disappoint us and produce nothing but faulty games people have to beg you to fix. I spend money on this game, buy packs all for what? EA Sports I'm sorry but please handover the NFL license because you are doing more harm than good. I have been banned from the auction house and my 8,500,000 coins have been reduced to zero. I have zero affiliation with a 3rd party as I do not even know what that means. I have spent over $2000 on MUT Madden 25 and would like to know why EA sports would treat someone that spends $2000 a year with them so poorly. I have yet to receive a response from EA even though I filled out a request form that would remove my ban. again. My question is why would EA Spirts treat me so poorly? given that I spend $2000 a year and have never used a 3rd party whatever that is. I feel that it is very disrespectful to not respond to me.Set not redeemable
I just grinded to get all the 96 ovr ultimate legends players and the 96 ovr cb Andre Johnson card so that I can redeem them for the 99 ovr ultimate legends Andre Johnson card in mut , but it will only allow me to add one of the cards to the set and won’t allow me to redeem any of the other cards that I have in my items. My players dont play like there supposed to. Like they run slow they don’t gain any yards and I just keep getting intercepted and 99% of my team is 99s. I genuinely don’t know how that works like my 99 NFL Draft Ashton Jeanty. He plays like trash. He can’t even make a first down on a run play. And every time I’m on a passing play my players always have a way of not getting open. They’ll run into other players and get stuck and I’ll throw the ball already and it would be intercepted. And I don’t even know how that Theme team surge CJ2K even fumbles on punt returns he’s literally meant to be a running back. And other players with THE SAME CARD DOESN’T LIKE WTF EA 🤷♂️. I genuinely hated trying so hard to build a team that can’t even make 15 - 20 yards. Especially for a run play like how tf a 99 Ashton Jeanty not make 10 yards. LIKE MY ALL OF MY RECEIVERS RUNS LIKE THEIR RUNNING IN PLACE. ALL 99 STATS ON FAN APPRECIATION JUSTIN JEFFERSON AND HE LOOKS LIKE ASHTON HALL IN HIS VIDEOS LOOKS LIKE HES RUNNING IN PLACE. Dawg I really need you to change something about ultimate team and start making players actually play like their supposed to. This is the exact reason why I hate buying your madden games because they never expect it to be as good as we think it is. i was going through the sets and i came across the ring of honor sets. i had previously earned tokens that could be used on player packs. most sets in the game can have the cards compounded into further sets. i used my tokens to get the 91 overall players so i could put them into the other sets. the next set up said any 91 overall ring of honor player required. this was the reason i used my tokens. turns out you can’t use any ring of honor player like it said. the ring of honor players you get from the 91 overall token pack cannot be used in any sets. i contacted EA and they said that posting the issue here was the only way to see about getting it fixed.Fan Appriciation pack 3
This is a follow up of what I said I accidentally responded to another user in forums but I have a 99 overall Donald parham jr from the fan appreciation pack 3 soon as I pressed his player card it said severs unavailable and kicked me out MUT and I went into my items and realized he there than I generate best lineup to see if he was actually in my lineup or it was just a mistake now he is just in my lineup untouchable can’t upgrade him or anything like thatFix your dang servers!
I spend my hard earned cash on this game only for you ppl to spit right in my face and kick me off on a grind of solo ultimate team. That’s a lot of time and energy focused on just 1 full season only for your **bleep** servers to kick me at the end of a game. How about everyone who’s had problems with this game you compensate ldt packs cause anything else you give isn’t worth it. Oh 88 and below on red zone and other packs. I grind solo ultimate team and get crap! Since you can’t fix your servers how about compensate us with something because I know I’ve spent a lot of money and at least freakin deserve that
