Can’t connect to superstar mode in Madden NFL 25
Hey guys, is anyone else getting this error in superstar mode? “The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. You have been returned to the Superstar Center.” I’ve already tried: Restarting and reinstalling the game Clearing cache/saved data Restarting router, using hotspot, changing DNS NAT Type 2 (Moderate) My EA account is properly linked Other online games work fine, but Madden 25 won’t connect at all. Anyone else having this issue or found a fix?Pack stuck on my account
I got the September ea access back but pressed back before finishing opening. For a day now it’s shown as an unopened pack but when I click it says no packs there. I was half way through opening the pack, is there any way to clear this notification and or open the pack? Thanks
Player Glitching Tournament Queues
Every time I play this kid [Edit - CM] in a tournament , I completely obliterate him. So he’s starting doing this thing where I think he [Edit - CM] It’s extremely annoying and it’s no way around it , I’ve tried reporting but nothing is being done. Please do something to this player.
Madden 25 Head to Head Crashes after kickoff

Nvidia RTX 3050 Enter RAM memory size in GB 16 Date/time issue occurred Yesterday to the present What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head Summarize your bug On PC every time I load into a game of Online head to head the game will automatically crash/close after the kick off. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into a head to head game after picking a team. It happens to me every time What happens when the bug occurs? The kickoff will start normally as if I'm in a proper game. it doesn't even lag. However right after the kickoff when I choose my first play the game will close/crash. Every time What do you expect to see? The rest of an online head to head game Any help is greatly appreciated. Playing solo offline works just fine but of course the online is messed up. Notice to all EA employees that respond to EA’s most frustrated customers with the blanket response that Terms and Service will answer our questions. THEY DONT. They do not even tell us what we did to get banned or have our coins stolen. My question is not about me getting unbanned so please don’t direct me elsewhere. My question is very direct. Since terms and service doesn’t tell us can you find out what avenue I can use to find out the reason EA banned me from Auction house?Glitching and freezing Madden ultimate teams.
The past 2 or more weeks when comparing stats in ultimate teams the game will freeze then I have to force close the game and reopen in it happens way to often and if it doesn't freeze its glitching and doesn't show the stats at all or boots me out and saying something about the EA server please fix it seriously it's frustrating.overturned bans / detailed list of SPECIFIC things that trigger a ban.
Please let me know why my ban says overturned but EA has not taken any action to make me whole again? Can EA please provide a better description than “abusing the auction house”. Your software has been known to ban players for making smart transactions using the auction house basically punishing players for being good. If you are trying to stop 3rd parties from making money you don’t have to ban your good customers. Just write code that spoofs out suspected 3rd party player cards from appearing in the auction house. This way if a legitimate player crosses your arbitrary line at least they don’t get banned. Their card will just simply not show up on the auction house and return to their binder. EA is the only company that punishes their customers. Banks constantly are trying to keep thieves from stealing from them. They come up with ways to deter thieves without banning their legitimate customers. . Sad that some kid with a GED would have to explain this to a billion dollar company
