Wrongfully Banned and had coins stolen by EA
My account was banned on 1/14/25 for “coin distribution”. I never did this. I bought packs and built sets that sold for high market value i had 6 million coins which EA has seized from my account as well as banning my account from the auction house. I have reached out to the “terms of service team” a multitude of times only to get this response each and every time. Kicked to homescreen trying to access set screen in Ultimate Team
Playing Madden 25 on PS5. In Ultimate Team mode, when trying to access the sets page, I keep getting this message.. Error..Can't process your request at this time,please try again later. MUT lineup problem (not fixed by removing Team Captain chems)
This has been posted several times but it has been closed out because a solution was offered that fixed the problem for some users, but it doesnt work for all so it should Not be closed. I’m on PS5 and have removed all chems and upgrades from all Team Captains and I still get the “our servers cannot process your request” message when trying to go into Lineup and then get thrown back to the home screen. I have rebooted and done everything I can think of and still get this. Without being able to access lineup at all, I obviously cannot try setting a new lineup, which was another suggestion I saw. Madden 25 Ultimate Team Fire Opportunity Offer incorrect pack content.

I just opened the fire opportunity offe pack for 1050 points it said the pack would contain an 85+ player or a 93 ovr player ( or Ltd while available) Only to be given a 84 rated player Sean Taylor legends when opened the pack. MUT - Can't do anything in Zero Chill
I can't do anything in ZERO CHILL. When I try to do a set the game crashes. When I try to play a Zero Chill challange, the game crashes. Can you please push out the update to my game again please, because it crashed everything! Please help! I'm a new content creator and I can't do ANYTHING. The error is attached. The same one everyone is getting, "The Server Can't Process your request at this time. Please try again later." Editing lineup issues. I keep getting error messages for the past five days saying our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later. This is causing me not being able to edit my lineup and make changes to my team .. Every time I click on the lineup screen it just boots me out saying servers can’t process. This has been happening for days on MUT how am I supposed to play the game I payed for. I have restarted, closed app, deleted and reinstalled but nothing works. Even waited a day still nothing.
