Franchise Points not Being Awarded
EA advertised that Franchise Points would be awarded to every Franchise we start (see attached). I spent the points in a test franchise just familiarizing myself with the changes to the mode. Upon starting what would be the first franchise I care about, I was not awarded these points. As you can see, I have Franchise Points and the preorder bonus enabled. Will this be fixed for future Franchise mode starts? Or was this the classic bait switch?
Chiefs OC Eric Beniemy missing from coaching staff
Can EA please Add Him i was really looking forward to playing franchise mode with him & spagnolo on staff Is it possible you guys are able to add him to the coaching staff via title updates? If so plz make tbis happen thank you.. Also anyone who team is missing coordinators plz post em here so hopefully EA can address this & give us an update on if they will be able to add missing coordinators as they either become licensed or whatever is required to add them would hate to have to wait until Madden 28 to play with EB. Hopefully they have the ability to add them in via title updates this yr!

Coach Abilities - TOO POWERFUL
Guys why are the coach abilities +9 boosts with zero sliders to adjust the impact? +7 last year was ridiculous but having +9 this year is even more ridiculous and legitimately ruins rosters and depth. Mid 70s overall players get game boosts into the high 80s now and it ruins the talent gap between teams and rosters. You need to either significantly reduce this to a cap at +5 or allow commissioners to determine the effectiveness (+3, 5, 7, or 9, etc) as our 32 user franchise is likely going to have to ban any of these boosts because they are extremely unrealistic
New Franchise and multiple players contracts are now 1 year deals
Started a new Franchise with the 49ers. and half the team are on expiring 1 year deals that are SUPER low. Including Brock Purdy, Fred Warner, Nick Bosa, George Kittle, and many others including draft picks. Is this a know bug? I'm on PS5 offline franchise.Franchise Mode Contract Negotiations Feedback
Please tell me there can be an update to the contract negotiations. From what I can see we have no ability to initiate any kind of negotiations. We have to wait for players to initiate. Just randomly pops up. That is so much worse than previous maddens. The whole mini game isn't the positive that it was made out to be. The June reveal said we wouldn't have to wait until the last year to negotiate. But now we can't negotiate at all. In my current franchise I have 21 expiring contracts and 15 more with 2 years left and I cant resign any of them. This is far less control and takes away a major park of the game. Please fix this. Really EA every franchise I’ve ever played in madden and I’ve been playing since madden 05 I’ve been able to use my created player. Tell me why this year I load in a created player I play one game or I back out to check something then come back in and my created player is gone. Why can’t I use my created player and you can’t adjust his player development! Never had this problem in any madden till now, what if I want to add players from the past and use them in franchise now I can’t!
Inflated & Unrealistic contracts ruining immersion
Simmed through 1 season of franchise to see if they fixed the CPU re-signing issues that were going on since the start of early access. Attached are screenshots of some of the crazy unrealistic contracts Im seeing. 8 year contracts should not even be allowed unless its a QB with the franchise QB tag. The **only** 2 contracts in the NFL currently that are longer than FIVE years are Josh Allen (6) & Patrick Mahomes (8) Mid & backup level players are being signed to 3-5 year deals when they are fringe/bridge starters at best. RBs in/approaching their 30s getting 5 year deals. On the flip side up and coming stars are also getting contracts not in line with the current market of their position, even ones who just got extended in real life.Contract Length Extensions
Players are frequently requesting more and more years and it causes the CPU to offer 8+ year contracts to guys like Bijan Robinson, DaQuon Jones, etc. This does not happen in the NFL outside of a single QB named Patrick Mahomes. You guys need to tune this down significantly to prevent skill positions from getting anything beyond 5 or 6 years as that’s typically the cap and if anything we see 3-4 year deals for them to hit the market again as the cap continues to rise.Franchise Mode freezes when editing player
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix for it? If you go into the roster management section when in franchise mode and then edit a player (change his position from RT to LT for example) and then exit out of the edit player menu, the game will then freeze right after you click the save and exit option.... It has happened to me every single time I have tried to edit a player so far (roughly 5 times total). This is REALLY annoying and I need a fix for this..... anyone else having this issue?MVP +membership:pre-order franchise points
Hello. I am a mvp plus membership member and I just wanted to say you guys get a lot of criticism and have to deal with a lot of our complaints which you guys handle and listen to what we have to say. First I want to say that you guys did a good job on the game and I’m really enjoying it. When I started another franchise I have pre order bonus on and did it several times because I thought I was doing something wrong but I wasn’t you guys never mentioned that the franchise points would be a 1 time use and not for multiple franchises. I think you guys should fix that immediately and honestly probably won’t even read this because I’m like a nobody but I love the games and membership editions but don’t do this to people that actually care and support you guys always. Some people struggle with every day life situation but the game provides them to at least escape or just enjoy the game from the real world. BRING BACK MICROTRANSATIONS for coach ability for both madden and cfb 27. Also make visionary archetype coach tree unlock for pre-existing dynasty’s in cfb 27. Don’t do this to us. i adjusted the wear & tear to make things more realistic & you STILL cant get through a simulated QT without return returning to the gameplay without seeing 4+ players on the field with 1red bar of health left & then 3 key players injured due to wear & tear neglect. i have my auto subs on "keep fresh" but the game logic doesnt recognize a dude thats about to tear his calf into shreds, and keeps him on the field til his body is destroyed but since he has stamina, they keep him on the field. its ridiculous man. plus the wear & tear logic is just nonsense. if Devonta Smith has W&T ON HIS ARM, then why is he -5 speed?!!?!?!? FIX THE NONSENSICAL FEATURES IN THIS GAME MAN. P L E A S E .
Custom Roster Franchise Mode, 1 year contracts for everyone on team
When you use a custom roster file for franchise mode offline, it is giving the whole team expiring 1 year deal contracts (I’ve tested multiple times on PS5). CPU is also automatically extending players you trade for, even though I selected manual for contract negotiations. Please fixTeambuilder teams still requiring online franchise?
For those who have already moved to 27, are we still forced to create the franchise online to use custom teams? Or is the PC version the only option for playing offline? I play against the CPU so there is zero need for it to be online. Plus, it adds potential issues such as server outages in the middle of a game, or the franchise randomly being "temporarily unavailable" (it took three weeks for the franchise to finally come back, with no support whatsoever from EA.)
