Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode
I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Servers are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic and cannot process your request to access this league at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu.” This issue has persisted for several days, making the game mode completely unplayable. I have already opened support cases, but so far I have not received any response or solution. I would like to know if anyone in the community is facing the same problem and whether someone has found any workaround, solution, or official update about this issue. My son has had issues with this game on his original xbox. It worked at one time and then it quit showing a kick meter .... at all. None. It kicks ok but no meter and no aim but sometimes it is accurate. Also, sometimes the ball goes to wrong person even though he uses the right button. We bought a new (used) game and it does the same. Could it be in the memory? Is this a typical thing? He is having a hard time and wants to play it. He has it for PS2 and it works well so it's not him...but this xbox. Help please. I am at a loss to try and help.
[Suggestions] How to post and discuss your suggestions?
If you would like to share and/or discuss your ideas about features, gameplay or addons etc. or how to improve the game, please have a look at the Madden Suggestions Index if other players already made similar suggestions. The higher the number of players either giving XP to the suggestions made or click the "me too" button, the higher the likelihood that the dev team will consider and prioritize the suggestion. If you would like to make a (new) suggestion yourself, I'd propose to add the term "[Suggestion]" at the beginning of the thread title. Furthermore, the more self-explanatory the title, the more likely it is that other players will find your proposal and support it. I'd strongly recommend to focus on one specific suggestion in your threads. The Madden team has to prioritize what suggestions are picked up and implemented. The more focused your suggestions, the more likely other players will support it (either by clicking the "me too" and/or the "XP" buttons). If you would like to share more ideas, please post them in different threads to allow a more homogeneous discussion within the respective thread if other players would like to support or discuss your idea. This is more difficult if your suggestions are more widespread. Have fun and good luck!
The age old question… sim vs comp for franchise?
Hey guys, im wanting to start a franchise in 23 but I have no idea which game style to use when game releases. I keep seeing mixed feedback on both SIM and COMP. This will be a 32 user league i realize sim has more random events, but does COMP not have penalties/long term injuries? Do player rating not matter in COMP? any detailed feedback would help greatlyFont size menus
Are there any talks about fixing the font size on the menu screens and game screens. I have a difficult time reading a lot of the information. There’s so much wasted space on the screen and it makes it difficult to see. It seems like everything is crammed into the smallest space and font for no reason.MADDEN 22 PS5 Broken
I understand the servers shutdown for the game. however since that server shutdown NONE of the trophies will unlock for PS5 on the game. Even single player. surely this was not the intention is there anything you guys can do to review? No one has unlocked trophies on this games in almost a month for Madden 22 PS5 Xbox series version works fine and so does the PS4…
Did EA add back ability to switch teams during Franchise game? They need to.
For years Madden and even NCAA football allowed ability to switch teams during a franchise game. Not just an exhibition. Ever since online gaming became a thing, this function was removed. Can it be added back? Not everyone plays online for franchise. To add variety some of us off line gamers like the variety to be able to play a game as one team and switch it up each QTR. I control all 32 teams, and choose 8 (1 from each division) and I used to be able to switch teams when the ones I controlled met head to head. Now all I can do is SIM it and it takes a lot of fun and spontaneity out of the experience.

I was thinking about the way rosters have been made and people make rosters for like madden 12 or something, and something cool I thought of was being able to do custom schedules. If you wanted to use the madden 12 roster you can customize the schedule to fit that year for realism. I personally think it would be a great idea for the people who like realism. Also, if they do team builder challenges they can use any team and customize the schedule to make them match up.
Unable to install Madden 23
We have a disc version of Madden 23 for Xbox One and while trying to install through the disc it fails because of a known issue with our disc drive where it doesn’t handle installing through discs very well. I went to install it through the Xbox mobile app but it does not show up on there. Is it not possible to install it through the Xbox mobile app?

It froze and I had to dashboard the app, and since then after I click "House Rules H2H games" it says loading and then please wait and then just sits in a purple screen forever with my currency and level in the top right corner How often does the bug occur?
