Tired of spending without fair experience from ea
Hi, it’s really not as simple as just getting the points back, I’ve been a loyal user of EA products for over 35 years, I’m not a kid, I’m actually a 50-year-old person that still enjoys video games, and if you look at my profile, you will see that I spend a lot of money to do so. Probably too much. But that’s my problem, lol this is the second ticket I’ve created for the same issue and I’m just not feeling like I’m being heard when I just keep getting the guidelines slapped in my face each time a new person looks at my ticket and submits the same routine answer. At the time of the transaction I was looking, only looking at how many training points I needed to finish the goals for the prior STT reward. Yes, it was my fault, I exchanged them in advertently, and then saw that I could do nothing with it now even if that can’t be reversed there always that someone there can make this somewhat less painful on my end, and give something in a way of a compensation to show a little bit of, hey, we appreciate your money and dedication, and here’s something to ease the situation. Instead, I keep getting the same answers, prolonged, as if I’m a teenager being scolded by her parents, lol. Please understand why I am even taking this to this level, and prove to me that there are still human beings behind these interactive companies, that care about people that use their products thank you.Can't play no matches on madden mobile 26
Ive been having a issue since the most feared event where I try to start a match and it gets to loading audio 99% u hear the crowd but the game never loads i get stuck at the matchup screen cycling through team matchups I can get select event matches and core but I cant do any other matches not even season I have checked my network, made sure my game and phone is up to date my time correct that I have network no vpn , wiped cache, cleared storage,uninstalled the game and reinstalled, moved the game to external storage for more space, lowered my visual settings contacted support numerous times yet im still having the same issue its funny how I cant add all the videos I recorded of my error with the different modes to one post and when talking to customer report and referred them to this post they wont check it but ask for a screenshot that dont give context to the problem that is going on so they can escalate it mind you this issue has been going on since OctoberAds not working, Android
Currently attempting to get a hold of staff as well (I don't think they're understanding my issue). I'm on android, ads don't work. Simple as that. Yes I've tried all the normal stuff. I'll attach a few images. Two are the before/after of clicking the watch an ad button on the events page, just darkens the screen, nothing ever pops up. Other one has an empty container where there's supposed to be a "watch ad" button. I have had this issue for years, just never complained about it until now. Been through multiple phones, again tried all the normal ad ID stuff, clearing cache/data, restarting, updating, uninstall reinstall, etc.Lost my account
my internet went out so without realizing that there was no internet thought it was a problem with EA so I uninstalled and reinstalled, when I got back in it put me through the tutorial and I was trying to sign out and back into my account that was almost a 3400 overall and I spent money on and it wont let me reconnect to the accountStep Up Iconic Bug
Ok so I’m Mikey3108. I just did the whole step up offers that were offered today. I did the guaranteed iconic one and I didn’t get an iconic! What is up with that? It worked perfectly for the ghost step up. But now it didn’t work for the regular. Someone please help. I don’t know what to do. I just want my guaranteed iconic. Thanksn
