Здравствуйте! У меня есть активная подписка XBox Ultiomate, в которую входит и игра It takes two. Она нормально загружается на приставке, а на ПК кнопка "загрузить" в приложении ЕА App заблокирована. Hello all, As a long time customer of EA and an old Origin user (more than 10 years), it's with some pain that I share the trouble I've been going through with EA Support, regarding my compromised account, today. Today, during the afternoon, I was a victim of an attack that compromised some of my accounts across multiple platforms. The attacker tried changing (and succeeded in some platforms) my e-mail addresses and/or removing 2FA from them. On most of them I had the same Two-Factor Authentication turned ON (EA Account included) and, for that reason, I was able to recover them partially. I have no idea how, despite the 2FA, the attacker was able to change my information without even a single prompt to my e-mail other than various "XXXXXX is your security code" e-mails. As I tried recovering my also compromised EA account (not the one i'm posting this from) with Support, they asked me for a multitude of information regarding it (understandably so). I provided it to the best of my ability, shared whatever connected accounts I could remember, everything I could. Still have the e-mails from Origin and the ones from EA, along with my personal info which is partially not available in my account. Yet, despite all that, I'm being told not everything could be verified. No further attempt was made by support (e.g. ask if i have the e-mails from the account details alteration, old nicknames, etc), despite my trying to provide even information that was not asked of me. I urge anyone who can assist me with this matter to please do so, as I feel like I'm running out of options. I’m a returning player of Plants vs Zombies 2 on Android, and I’m currently having trouble recovering my old progress. I already tried binding/logging into my account (the one I used before), but my saved game progress is not loading from the cloud. Instead, it just starts a fresh game. It also seems like my current GAME ID is not connected to my old progress at all. I attempted to contact EA Help through a live agent, but after the session ended, I didn’t receive any case number or email confirmation. Is this normal? I’m worried my request didn’t actually go through. Has anyone experienced something similar? *Account login works but progress doesn’t sync *GAME ID appears different or unlinked *No case number after contacting support If so, how did you resolve it? Did you need your old Player ID or purchase receipts? Any advice would be appreciated. I’d really like to recover my old account. Do not tell me to "keep trying contact support", because I can not. The "live chat" AI just tells me to refer to self help that doesn't answer my issue. I need a way to contact support, but there is none - when I try to open live chat, it just tells me that it is not an issue that's supported by it. Please, do not lock this thread without answering the question. The ticket system also just sends me back to the self-help page which, again, doesn't help. Please tell me how exactly, precisely do I pester the AI or whatever to connect me with a support agent? The forced renovation on homes provides no value to the player. If you do the renovation the earnings is only 50 simoleons and It takes time to get the house back to upgrade for the right number of simoleons. App stopped working. Playing on Android mobile and the app is up to date. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Every time I get to the 700/800 levels the app breaks. First it stopped allowing progress for stars I collect. Then it stopped loading the daily challenges and allowing them to be played along with not opening new levels when I clicked on them. I am also having an issue with my constellations saying ready but when I click on it it only shows completed constellations and does not let me progress past my most recently completed constellation. It will not progress to the next constellation with stars I have earned and add them to a new constellation. As of today it now just crashes when you try to open it. It doesn't open, just give an error (com.safedk.android.SafeDKApplication keeps closing) and says to close the app. I have cleared my cache but not my data as I don't want to lose my progress. If I uninstall/reinstall I lose all my progress (again). I've already done that twice. I’m just confused as to why I would spend my money with you guys (over $100 so far) in order to get in-game currency to buy packs, to build my ultimate team. Then when I go to do ultimate team challenges, I can’t even use my ultimate team in some of them? Sounds like you guys are scamming your customers once again. If I’m playing ultimate team, I should be playing with my ultimate team that I paid money for. This is the last title I’ll be purchasing and or spending any money on micro transactions for. I’ll never understand the need for greed in a corporate setting such as this. All you want is our money you’re not here to actually create a game and updated properly based off of community input. Most of the challenges have been bugged since release and it’s been 9 months without a patch. What are you guys even doing there?
