What was your first EA game?
I'll start - Fifa '98 on PS1. I can still picture the start up sequence. God knows how many I've had over the years. Some stand outs for me were Fifa 2003 (PS2) & 2008 (PS3), Medal of Honor Rising Sun (PS2), SSX3 (PS2), NFSUG2 (PS2), SimCity4 (PC) Skate 1-3 (PS3) and NFS (2015 - PS4). I'm sure I have forgotten a few. A customer for 28 years...
Anthem - Offline mode instead
Leading off that I understand no longer maintaining Anthem since it isn't the most popular game in the EA library and hasn't received and update in years, but that doesn't mean the entire game should be shut down and made unavailable. Players have paid for the game, have supported it when it had gone back into redevelopment to become a single player RPG (that IMO it should've been to begin with) and still play after that was scrapped. To shut down and completely remove a game people have put money into (especially without refunds) is a worrying and dangerous precedent that the gaming community is facing, and should be pushed back on. If you bought a game you should be able to play it, even if it's old, even if it's not being updated anymore, you paid for it therefor it should be available to play just like any game you bought a disk or cartridge for. With EA's push for live service games and reliance on online servers to play many single player games, something like this shows a worrying future for games like dragon age (DAI's keep being the only way to import the worldstate) and mass effect (why do you have to be online to access the DLC??) and many other EA games. One day those servers will be shuttered for one reason or another, but that shouldn't lock people out of playing the games they love. So all I ask, is please push a final patch that removes the online aspects for Anthem, to make it offline only, remove the lobby, let players go out into the field solo without connecting to the servers, let players who still play continue to do so and retain the option so future players can check out the game even though it's no longer supported.
fridge interaction problem in henford-on-bagley
I am writing because I encountered a problem with the fridge in the world of henford-on-bagley - the object does not respond to interactions. Functions such as "prepare breakfast", "eat breakfast", "eat something quick" don't work for me. I removed all mods and CC, repaired the game, reinstalled and made a new save and the problem still persists. Please help me solve this problem.
Should Army Of Two stay or go?
Good evening, everyone. As an EA customer myself, I want to focus on the Army Of Two series. In this case, I have two possible options, with or without both being considered: Delist Army Of Two via EA Play on Xbox, since the multiplayer has already been shut down years ago, and the game appears to have a few glitches that while not persistent, are noticable. Remaster the entire trilogy and even make a new Army Of Two game. All of the above. The first reason for delisting Army Of Two on Xbox is simple: Price. Most games cost $5-10 digitally and can undercut Army Of Two's current $15 price tag. The second, without harping on the game itself, is how it feels buggy in the wrong areas. For example, while the AI is serviceable in single-player, it has to be told exactly what to do when to do it. "Well just play co-op." You can, but the glitches remain. A second reason, despite remastering the games with all DLC out of the gate being a good idea, Army Of Two is not exactly as revered as the developers hoped, often being written off as a Gears Of War clone, despite obvious nuances and more attention to detail with co-op play than in Gears. Last, but not least, I want Army Of Two to be brought back at the right place at the right time. Delisting it without a remaster as a replacement doesn't make sense, and gamers everywhere love Dead Space (original and remake), but Army Of Two may need to compete directly with Gears, not necessarily mandating a cover system, to get more exposure and players. For all intents and purposes, Gears Esports was at the end of its run and since has been treated as the casual game as it always was, and Army Of Two should fill that void, I just don't know how.
Spore Registration Issue
Hope someone can help here. I have valid cd Keys for spore. I go into the EA app to try to register it. It then comes up with a list of languages, none of which are English. All of them look Asian or another language. I see plenty of posts of how to change the language AFTER you have it registered. I click on one of the languages and I cannot do anything. I double click the language, I try to hit enter, space, anything but nothing lets me move from the screen. I know it's an old game but I had a blast with it before. Any thoughts / fixes? I have all of the DVD's but of course newer computers, especially laptops, typically don't have a player. Thanks!

Hey, is anyone else having trouble logging into Anthem? I've been able to play just fine for the last week or so, but tonight just got stuck on the "Connecting to Online Services..." message. I don't see posts or any update on the Anthem server status page, but do see other people on Twitter with the same problem!
Anthem taking forever to launch
Hey all! Just recently I have encountered an issue where Anthem takes around 5 minutes to open (after pressing play from EA) to then sit at a black screen in windowed mode for around another 5 minutes, finally I get onto the main menu (fullscreen) only to press [space] to play, where it stutters my pc and the game (audio bugs out, game freezes) for it to continue loading. Finally after all that it starts loading normally, only to bring me back to the main menu, saying I lost connection. If you need additional info lmk cause I have tried every fix under the sun and nothing is working.
Average Wait Time For EA Help Chat?
I have been trying to contact the EA help chat for 2 days now and haven't been able to contact a real person due to the obscene wait times. I've only apparently had someone join the chat hours after the chat allegedly started I don't have the free time to wait 2-3 hours to receive help for a problem that could easily be solved over email or a simple phone call. Which is horrible but I could cope with it if the alert email that is sent when an agent connects to your chat actually sends when the agent connects and not AFTER they time out the chat and leave. Is this just the status quo for wait times now? attached are the 2 chat transcripts
Can't unlink XBOX account from my EA Account
Hello, so the problem is I want to unlink an old XBOX account that I've completely lost and no longer have any access to, to the account I'm actually currently using, but I'm not given the option to do so like other people I've seen, simply, the option to unlink isn't there at all, so I'm requesting that someone please does it for me. I will provide pictures of the options to unlink not showing, the error I'm getting and my actual account. Thank you for your time, Vagg
MoH Airborne GPU not supported message
So, I see that the game says its not compatible with Win64 systems, but I don't have any way to modify those setup properties (that I can find) and the only results I've been able to find online for fixes to this game are either for the old Steam release of the game, or for the Mac version from five years ago. Neither apply here since they rely on an older build of the Nvidia app to provide a solution, so if there's anyone that has a more up-to-date method that applies here, that'd be great.Star Wars Battlefront 2015 (CONNECTION ISSUE)
I have just reinstalled battlefront 2015 to find out that I can't connect to the ea servers and it's stuck loading. It seems also that I'm not the only one with the issue as others on xbox are asking for a fix and talking to ea. If any Ea member sees this fix your game 🙏 🙏.
