I can't use the controller and I can't go back either.

I lost all my progress
I lost all my stuff in story mode and multiplayer but it still kept my rank and level I don't know what to do I'm on Xbox is there any way I could get it back What happened was I logged on one day and customized a car then got off. The next day I got on and it kept asking me to override safe. I pressed no. Over and over but it would instantly pop back up asking the same thing until I pressed continue. Did I delete my progress my self? I have lots of hours in the game. Also on story mode I can't even progress anymore I tried playing through it and once you have to buy your own ride after you get Tess it's stuck in the "buy custom" tab. [unbound] There is a missing asset when displaying the game in profile showcase

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered
Hi, Guys, What is the reason that when I launch Hot Pursuit, after a few seconds, it will close the game and say "Failed to launch game," and the follow-up says, "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. I would like to report cheater after Lockdown match.
Hello, I would like to report a cheater I found in my match in the lockdown game mode. A player by the name of [REMOVED] was caught using a trainer in a game I was in I do have a video (well, maybe the last minutes of lockdown) and I will be uploading that video momentarily to show you this individual was driving around at ridiculous speeds and was using unlimited health to stay in the game. This guy was claiming all trucks to get out of the lockdown zone and even tried to claim this one that me and another player was trying to get as you can see this guy while I was trying to claim the truck hit me and the truck and set the whole thing flying near the tunnel of Jefferson Hills the mode had just reached overtime the teammate did manage to get the truck I was already wrecked at the beginning of the video so there was no helping me out. I managed to alt+F4 out of there when he left, also shown in the video. All I can do is show you the aftermath of the panic. While playing Unbound, I accidentally spilled liquid on my PC, causing it to shut down. I sent it in for repairs and got it back the next day. So I already had bought nfs unbound on steam and I've been playing it for a while, recently the game started having some trouble launching, I was already thinking of buying another copy in the EA app from a different account as I figured the EA App + Steam combo might be causing launch issues. Today I was just scrolling through the EA Store and Saw NFS unbound on sale for pretty cheap, so I decided to buy it. Also been playing for a while version from Microsoft store everything worked great till I bought Ultimate update. I would like to play smooth game, even without DLC. Good afternoon. There is a problem with microfreezes in NFS Unbound on PS5 when leaving the chase when drawing the corresponding animation, as well as when performing Challenges in single and multiplayer. The problem began to be observed after the purchase of NFS Unbound Ultimate Collection. Thought there will be a fix with an update, but recently learned that support for the game stopped. EA tech support did not suggest anything, except for the proposed actions on the site Sony, and Sony on the site suggest contacting the publisher of the game. Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem and can suggest something, I would be grateful. The only thing that has not tried from the proposed Sony - is to reset saves, as I do not want to lose progress in multiplayer. If the single and multiplayer progress was separate - you could try. The problem is observed only in Unbound, no complaints on other games. I reported this guy multiple times using the in game report and in the EA launcher. there's no way he can catch up on a Lotus Evija with an R32. here's the video proof. you can see at the car selection screen he has a cop car in free roam pvp. Unbound CHEATER
Need for speed unbound is full of cheaters, forced to deactivate cross play to avoid playing against PC players who have no merit in playing! They drive at more than 480, 500 kmh, this game is rubbish. They ruin the reinforced protection parts, frankly, this game is beautiful. In addition, it's impossible to report for cheating in this game, it's great!
