I lose my car when I force closing STUCK GAME
On 2025/2/10 00:00(utc/gmt+08:00),I success of escape in the blocked mod online game,but I waitting game progress bar over,It can't over to get stuck by unknown reason.I force closing the game to restar.I find my omline-garage haven't the new car. So I hope you can help me regain the car to my online garage. Thanks for pay attention my request,I think player lose his car for a bug is dissapointing.
NFS not syncing my PSN trophies
I completed the Story a few months back while the game was free on PS+. fast forward today, I purchased the game with additional DLCs (complete addition) good news, my previous Save file is still there bad news, my trophies are not showing up i’ve tried syncing, deleting cloud data and reuploading, etc. still cant manage to reflect my trophy completion. Please help!!!
Controllers Key Binds Showing as OK but incorrect.
I am currently on Pc and I have a ps5 dual sense controller connected to the game, when i try to play NFS Unbound, my accelerator is my touch pad, my break is R1, its constantly looking back unless I hold L2. The game is completely unplayable and I have no idea how to fix it. I've been told to delete vjoy file but it doesn't come up. I closed steam and ds4. Past week I've played every NFS game in order, when coming to the latest one it simply doesn't work with the Set-Up I used for every other game that worked perfectly.
The game freezes during certain moments

Taz's M3 E30 isn't shown as Taz's
Taz's m3 was the last blacklist I needed to complete the blacklist collection however after extracting I realised his car wasn't ticked off the list and I hadn't received the m3 gtr you are supposed to receive upon collecting all the blacklist cars. I then went to check my garage and Taz's m3 was there however the name was under the default car name and not Taz's m3. I then went back into lockdown and after several tries I finally found the car and extracted with it. This time it did count and I received the m3 gtr. However in my garage the Taz's m3 was still under the default name and it's under B tier instead of A like it's supposed to. I have tried repairng the game files in the EA app but the problem is still the same. Is there any way to fix the issue? Do i submit a ticket to EA? Today I wanted to customize some cars but unfortunately the game doesn’t let me purchase anything. It says “Purchase failed”. I have around 26 million in online mode so money is not an issue. Moreover I noticed that my character’s clothes got changed and I don’t know why or how, I want to change clothes and after I press A it just does nothing. Everything worked perfectly til today. I have exactly 100 cars in online mode (maybe that’s the max slot?). I tried to sell some cars but it doesn’t work too, it just does nothing. Any tip? I’m on Xbox Series X.
Black Screen on startup
I've been having this issue since I got the game, The window for the game opens in the corner and than opens the game but the screen remains black until I get frustrated and close it. Longest I've had it open was 30 mins. No error messages. EA has been of no help so this is my last resort. I've tried -reinstalling the game -verifying game files in both Steam and EA app -running both Steam and the EA app as administrator - Runnin all EA components as Administartor -disabling the overlays for both Steam and EA app -updating GPU drivers -disabling Windows firewall -adding NFS: Unbound to firewall exceptions -deleting the game's shader cache files both in the game files and My Documents, as well as the LocalAppData folder Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4650G (APU) GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT (Dedicated Graphics Card) RAM: 16GB (8GB x 2) RGB (set to 3600 MHz) Storage: Samsung 980 SSD Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-II Power Supply: (Gamdias KRATOS E1-600 RGB 600W) Operating System: (Windows 11 Pro 24H2) Storage: Samsung SSD 980 500GB Any help is appreciated.
Unbound single player day and night switching no longer possible
In the completed story mode, the day and night change no longer works. I'm stuck in the day on Friday, successfully complete the race, go into the garage, it says that it changes to night, but it doesn't. No matter how often I leave the garage, start events and return, it doesn't change to the next day or night. What I also noticed is that there are no longer any rewards for deliveries, so they've been marked with zero. Will there be an update, or will these errors remain in the game forever?
No sound on TV at lower screen resolutions on laptop
I installed Need for Speed: Unbound on my laptop 2 days ago, when I started the game the graphics were slow at the resolution of my TV which is at 3840x2160, I then lowered the graphics to 1920x1080 and got no sound output on my soundbar or TV. I even tried 1280x720 and still no sound output, sound only comes on when the resolution is high. I tried the game on my laptop screen and all sounds work through the laptop speakers on all graphics setting up to 1920x1080. My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5, (AN515-58), Intel i5-12500h, 8GB of RAM, Nvidia RTX 3050 with Windows 11. How can I get sound to work at lower resolutions since I'm tried of playing it at higher screen settings and having low FPS?

Hello, I am desperately in need of your help Need for Speed: Unbound won’t start due to this error message that keeps showing up I’ve asked people on Reddit what it is and they have been little to no help at all. One person in the PC Reddit said that in my have to do with the audio since Directx uses it but to no avail now have come here to ask for your help if I can’t find any help here I may have to take this PC back to the local PC repair shop to see if they can find out what’s going on if you want to know what the error message is here is a picture of it.Progress Lost
Hi, I'm experiencing multiple issues with the game following a loading screen failure that required me to force-quit (Alt + F4). Here are the specific problems: 1. Lost Progress/Data: Story Mode progress has been completely lost Avatar has been lost in both Story Mode and Lakeshore Online 2. Customization Issues: Cannot customize avatar: When attempting to select new items, the selection automatically reverts to the default/currently equipped items Cannot modify car parts due to persistent "Purchase Failed" messages 3. Working Features: Profile rank is intact XP is preserved Lakeshore Online balance remains unchanged I've already attempted to resolve the avatar issue by recreating it, but the customization problems persist.
