I lose my car when I force closing STUCK GAME
On 2025/2/10 00:00(utc/gmt+08:00),I success of escape in the blocked mod online game,but I waitting game progress bar over,It can't over to get stuck by unknown reason.I force closing the game to restar.I find my omline-garage haven't the new car. So I hope you can help me regain the car to my online garage. Thanks for pay attention my request,I think player lose his car for a bug is dissapointing.
Controllers Key Binds Showing as OK but incorrect.
I am currently on Pc and I have a ps5 dual sense controller connected to the game, when i try to play NFS Unbound, my accelerator is my touch pad, my break is R1, its constantly looking back unless I hold L2. The game is completely unplayable and I have no idea how to fix it. I've been told to delete vjoy file but it doesn't come up. I closed steam and ds4. Past week I've played every NFS game in order, when coming to the latest one it simply doesn't work with the Set-Up I used for every other game that worked perfectly.
Black Screen on startup
I've been having this issue since I got the game, The window for the game opens in the corner and than opens the game but the screen remains black until I get frustrated and close it. Longest I've had it open was 30 mins. No error messages. EA has been of no help so this is my last resort. I've tried -reinstalling the game -verifying game files in both Steam and EA app -running both Steam and the EA app as administrator - Runnin all EA components as Administartor -disabling the overlays for both Steam and EA app -updating GPU drivers -disabling Windows firewall -adding NFS: Unbound to firewall exceptions -deleting the game's shader cache files both in the game files and My Documents, as well as the LocalAppData folder Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4650G (APU) GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT (Dedicated Graphics Card) RAM: 16GB (8GB x 2) RGB (set to 3600 MHz) Storage: Samsung 980 SSD Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-II Power Supply: (Gamdias KRATOS E1-600 RGB 600W) Operating System: (Windows 11 Pro 24H2) Storage: Samsung SSD 980 500GB Any help is appreciated.
No sound on TV at lower screen resolutions on laptop
I installed Need for Speed: Unbound on my laptop 2 days ago, when I started the game the graphics were slow at the resolution of my TV which is at 3840x2160, I then lowered the graphics to 1920x1080 and got no sound output on my soundbar or TV. I even tried 1280x720 and still no sound output, sound only comes on when the resolution is high. I tried the game on my laptop screen and all sounds work through the laptop speakers on all graphics setting up to 1920x1080. My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5, (AN515-58), Intel i5-12500h, 8GB of RAM, Nvidia RTX 3050 with Windows 11. How can I get sound to work at lower resolutions since I'm tried of playing it at higher screen settings and having low FPS?
Items Not Loading !!
I’m an owner of both the Ultimate Collection and Palace Edition content on the Series X and the paid items aren’t loading at all (always locked!!). I can’t even start any online session!! It was 9,99€ (just today) for the Palace content and something like 15€ for the Ultimate Collection. I tried different workarounds but still… I like the Need For Speed franchise so I hope I’ll hear an efficient solution from you EA devs. Otherwise, a refund should be made, and I’ll just play the regular game.Nfs Freeze
Hello, I finished the first week races and went to Saturday qualifiers, but when I finished the first race and started the second race, it kicks me out of the game, please help. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, deleting the shadercache file and dx12 file, but the result is still the same. My system is i3 12th generation and Rtx 4070Inventory not Loading

It’s popping up saying my inventory could not be loaded please try again and this is the second time this is happened it happened last year and you guys fixed it and then my friend has a problem trying to get on the game and he’s on PC so Why y’all fix PC and then Xbox has a problem. Slow Motion only in Multiplayer
Hi i'm having an issue with NFS Unbound. The game runs smoothly only in Offline mode, while in the multiplayer the game is in slow motion. The FPS state both in Offline mode and Multiplayer mode is same, but Slow Motion only occurs in Multiplater. I have no lagging connection (connection issue) since i've already checked and tried it with another device. I got the game from Steam. My Notebook specs : CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS GPU : RTX 3050 4gb Ram : 8 gb I've already done updating both GPU and CPU driver, updating the Windows, performing clean boot, reinstalling the game, tuning the graphics with Nvidia Control Panel to High Performance and setting the In-game Graphics settings to low, turning off both Steam and Nvidia Overlay, and clearing EA app cache. Can you fix the problem please? Thanks in advance
Frame drops when interacting with any collectible or activity. NFS UNBOUND
Frames drop to basically zero whenever I complete an activity, activate a speed trap, interact with a collectible or even breaking a destructible prop like a billboard, tree etc. Very frustrating, never happened before most recent update. Wrap Data Corrupted and Error Code 6
So recently I booted the game on my PlayStation 5 only to be greeted with a message saying my wrap data got corrupted and that I got Error Code 6. I had only two wraps saved to my game, one created by myself, the other one created by someone else. I checked and found out that the wrap created by me got corrupted. I deleted both it and the one created by someone else, closed the game, turned off my PS5, activated Safe Mode and rebuilt the database. I feared the worst, such as not being able to play online anymore, but thankfully the game seems to be working fine now with me having rebuilt the database. I was experiencing an inventory error while trying to play the game. Error Code F03 cannot load inventory. This started happening after purchasing the Ultimate Collection Upgrade. The Premium Speed Pass for Vol. 9 is stated to be included with this upgrade, but I was forced to purchase the Premium Speed Pass for Vol. 9 separately to access the Premium Speed Pass content for Vol. 9 which should have been included. I then tried to delete all add on content and only have the Premium Speed Pass Vol. 9 installed which allowed me to not have the F03 error. Now my pre order bonus content is gone and I can’t access it or reinstall it. I contacted PlayStation and went through all their troubleshooting steps. 1. Making sure the game and system is updated. 2.Restore Licenses. 3. Disabling and Re-enabling Console Sharing and Offline Play then logging out and back in. 4. Accessing the Add Ons section of the game to see if I can download it but it was not there as an option. I was then informed by PlayStation that they ensure getting my content would be as easy as start playing the game and all the extra content included will be there. They then said in case I am still missing the content they’d advise me to get in touch with the game publisher Electronic Arts Inc for additional steps since, in rare scenarios the game server may have a delay or there could be an issue with the game account. I was then provided with the support website for EA and a case number. The agent then ended the chat before I could respond. Since this encounter I am still unable to download my pre order bonus content and the error code F03 is still happening when all available add ons are installed. The inventory load up/sync takes a long time and I cannot play the game. It’s not right that I pre ordered the game and paid full price but now cannot access what I paid for or even play the game at all. A solution needs to be created for both issues occurring. 1. The error code F03 causing game to be unplayable, and 2. My pre order bonus content no longer being accessible. Pre order purchase was on 11/25/2022 through the PlayStation Store. The Ultimate Collection Upgrade was purchased 12/24/2024. The Premium Speed Pass Vol.9 was purchased separately on 12/24/2024. This issue began 12/24/2024. PlayStation states they cannot assist with this further and Electronic Arts Inc can assist. Please help.
Game Freeze/Long Loading Times
After i purchased the Ultimate Edition, my games starts having small spurts of freeze and frame drops when i complete an objective ( collecting collectibles, completing hot laps etc. ) Not only that the loading screen takes very long when entering a MP session ( lockdown, pvp etc. ) These issues didnt exist before i bought the ultimate collection. im on ps5Cannot Get Chase Hot Ride From Lockup After Extraction - CHA53

Didn't get the Chase Hot Ride even though I get all Hot Rides I extracted until now. What do you expect to see? Get the Chase Hot Ride in the garage. Hi, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I think until now I do get the Hot Rides from Lockup, except for this one.
