Frozen Mcdavid set error
So it won’t let me complete the set, restarted my whole game, took the disk out and nothing, on the last 87+ card it won’t let me put it in it says error, tried different 87+ still nothing. Can't complete Kucherov TOTY set
The X-factor Kucherov set is broke for me. There is one emty spot for an 87ovr and no matter what 87 I pick, it won't let me fill it. TOTY cards must be buildable. Nominee cards completely undermine the event.
I think we all remember the catastrophic TOTY event from, was it NHL 19? There were I think 36 nominee cards in total and you had to try and guess which ones were going to win TOTY and get the real cards with upgrades. The problem with this system was that it made it complete guesswork as to who was going to win and you were completely out of luck and stuck with terrible nominee cards if you guessed wrong. If this is the case for this year's TOTY event, this will instantly kill the game as the flagship event of the game will be riddled with even more need to spend money to try and get who you want. While there are less nominees this year, the fact remains that this system is terrible and it was one of the most hated ways of making event MSP's ever in franchise history, especially for the TOTY event. Not receiving HUT Champs Rewards
I got the game about a month ago and just a few weeks ago while the player to earn was mike modano, I ended up getting 12 wins and never received the 86 ovr Modano or the pack reward. Did I miss something? Did you advise us that they were going away, and I missed it? Or was one expected to watch NoSleeves for this info? While I enjoy his content I surely don’t watch every second of his videos. From what I’ve been told he advised people to cash them in and got confirmation from EA that they were going away. Didn’t Receive my week 2 BND Fantasy Pack
I turned in my 16 collectables for my week 2 BND fantasy pack on friday, went to my unopened packs, nothing was there. okay maybe a glitch so i closed the app and opened it again, still nothing. checked my inbox and collection, nothing. reached out to ea help twice. nothing. collectables were taken out of my account and it says the sets completed but the pack is nowhere to be found. the video i captured didnt get it in it but I have ss proof i completed the set and my collectables are gone. sanheim was from my week 1 pack. my ea is eggvan9 my xbox is eggvan69 Thank you in advance hopefully we can get this resolvedSolvedeggvan94 months agoSeasoned Novice111Views0likes6Comments

Xfactor Nylander Accidentally added to set
i was doing a set in NHL 25, and accidentally added a valuable card due to autofilling by highest overall, specifically Xfactor William Nylander. I spent money and time on the game, and was told that i cannot get the card back, even with video footage. i spoke with previous EA associates as this has happened in the past, and they were able to return the lost item in my inbox. This is a very frustrating experience as I am told by EA live chat that this is the only option, and cannot get a card back that was lost in a completed set due to NHL 25 autofilling cards to sets by highest overall. When i try to do the cover athlete set for Matthews, the Mike Richter card doesnt work it says card unable to be sent to set due to being bnd.. whats that mean? Edit: Removed large text. The missing packs are ridiculous
I have still not received the Hughes brothers pack. And at this point, it probably won't be fixed until the set can not be completed anymore. The amount of tickets I have had to create to be talked to like a robot (Except for once) is frustrating, and that point now is completely wrong. There have no updates, no communication, and no compensation. I have spent hours per day on this game trying to make the pack attainable, only to have to spend 50k on 6 total 79 OVERALL PLAYERS. I have had to spend probably 300/400k into players that could be used upgrading the rest of my team. I have seen plenty of tickets with the same problem, and it is quite sad how little we have been told about it.
