HUT Lineup/Missing Player Card
Good morning all! Im now to playing HUT and have a couple questions for everyone. How come my roster isn’t dressing my best overall players? It would rather leave empty slots. For example, I have a 93 Mikko Rantanen. All of a sudden I’ll get a new player (around 90-91) and I hit “best lines” and Mikko Rantanen is scratched and a player with a 86-87 is in his place. I’m so confused! If anyone has any pointers I’d greatly appreciate it! I just unlocked a 91 overall TOTS player with all the cards I earned. Now he’s gone?! Anyone else dealing with this problem? Season 4 Week 7
Why has EA brought out these objectives, when there are still 6+ days remaining in season 4. I do understand not everyone has completed season 4. However. Those that have, by completing these objectives, where is the earned XP points suppose to go. Its nothing but a waste of time. It would be one thing to have these XP points put towards Season 5. Lol. But we all know that would never happen. This new XP format was so ill conceived and thought out. It just confirms how this franchise is getting worse year by year. And the account bound cards are ridiculous. Just a new way of not only not being able to trade them, but also can't be used in set building. Why does the Corner Stone set for Luongo, not accept 91 Corner Stone cards in place of the requested 89. You would think that taking a higher value card should be a given. Also. When trying to use certain 85 cards to attain an 87 corner stones player. It does not accept them. It does say..ANY TEAM. So fed up with this garbage that this game has become all about. Regarding the odds probabilities each pack displays. There is a link at the bottom, that supposedly allows you to see these probabilities and how they are distributed. When you go to the site, you get a 404 message. The site you are looking for couldn't be found. What a surprise! This whole franchise is based on greed and deception, now not displaying their odds maker just puts fuel to the fire. Check out the site! Totw Moments
What is the purpose of 82 and 83 overalls in the totw objectives? Now to make 85s you require 3 83 totw players. In the past you could make the 3rd tier with standard fodder not just totw. It has now made Totw players extremely expensive and not worth the effort anymore. Mike Gartner warp speed token missing?
Is it just me or are there only 4 token available to be earned instead of 5. I can only get him to a 90 and the max is 91, i'm not seeing any other ways to earn a token. 4 Nations Final Token Missing
Okay so just like everybody else here complaining about this; I have not received my final token for the 4 Nations Event. I had to choose a team to support every single time I logged in to the game and I chose Canada every time. Now since they've won and the event is over I don't see the congratulatory banner in the home screen like my buddies get, nor do I have any token to claim in the HUT store for choosing Canada to win all those times. I'm well aware I may as well be screaming into the void here but I tried reaching out to support and they were absolutely no help and just sent me here... PUCK INTERCEPTIONS Its either I'm right in the line, literally stick blade in the lane and either my guy doesn't even try to intercept the puck or it goes through my stick, or I'm down on one knee blocking a shot and it goes through some weird gap and you're just left wondering if you should have done something else (what?) instead. It needs to stop NOW, not later, NOW. It just makes defense a complete toss up that's not based on skill and it just needs to stop. If I'm in the lane with my stick, something needs to happen consistently because otherwise you might as well just cheat up the ice and hope the puck takes a bounce for a break. HITTING I want to say first off that this is in relation to hitting in general, not just these two cases related to abilities. When I have an ability, especially zone, that is supposed to give hits that extra oomph, such as shutdown (first hit) or truculence (all hits), I'd expect that with proper timing and lining up, I should almost always be able to knock someone off the puck and preferably knock them down, but knocking them off the puck is fine. But to watch the hitter, especially with the aforementioned abilities, just glide off a guy instead of making contact, it needs to stop immediately. There's no reason that someone should not be punished for not taking a hit to make a play, they need to lose the puck if they don't pass it or make any other attempt to avoid the hit *at all*. FACEOFFS It is truly baffling to either watch your guy not move on the dot at all, or watch as three of your guys rush the dot and you still don't get the puck. It's also baffling to watch yourself do the right counter and still lose every time, regardless of if you go slightly early to account for connection based lag or right on cue when the connection is good. It just doesn't make any sense. It also doesn't make sense to have an obvious advantage in terms of FO stat, only to still lose every faceoff, again leaving yourself wondering what you could have done. Frozen Mcdavid set error
So it won’t let me complete the set, restarted my whole game, took the disk out and nothing, on the last 87+ card it won’t let me put it in it says error, tried different 87+ still nothing. Can't complete Kucherov TOTY set
The X-factor Kucherov set is broke for me. There is one emty spot for an 87ovr and no matter what 87 I pick, it won't let me fill it. I have video but it's a pain to copy and upload but I will if you absolutely need it. I think we all remember the catastrophic TOTY event from, was it NHL 19? There were I think 36 nominee cards in total and you had to try and guess which ones were going to win TOTY and get the real cards with upgrades. The problem with this system was that it made it complete guesswork as to who was going to win and you were completely out of luck and stuck with terrible nominee cards if you guessed wrong. If this is the case for this year's TOTY event, this will instantly kill the game as the flagship event of the game will be riddled with even more need to spend money to try and get who you want. While there are less nominees this year, the fact remains that this system is terrible and it was one of the most hated ways of making event MSP's ever in franchise history, especially for the TOTY event.
