Where isEA_Aljo ? Has anything that’s been “passed on to the team” been addressed? Sets not being fixed? Events expiring early? Wrong event cards in packs? Not getting rewards/packs? Nothing on EANHLs socials addressing these either. Unless you count the people in the comments complaining about these issues.

EA_AljoGotta eventually address the community. Let’s speak about the rewards. Open up dialogue about this and let’s talk. You want our feedback, you’ll get it. Rewards are going to destroy HUT. Stop avoiding this and let’s address this massive issue. Please let me know who I need to contact at EA to pass along this feedback as it’s clear you don’t want anything to do with it. To all, please post below to show your support around this. We can’t go down quiet otherwise the game we love is over for good. I know 0 of you are excited about the next 53 days of useless grind.
Calling my team the wrong name! Please fix
The announcer is always calling my team the Tuscan road runners! I am the Detroit Red Wings. It's very annoying. It does it 99% of the time! Even in wild card and hut. Please fix asap EA. The hut rewards is bad enough this year. At least call my team by the correct team name.
locked out of Squad Battles
So this is actually on NHL 24, but am posting here because I expect it may be more likely to be seen and hopefully responded to. I was still in the middle of a game at 5 PM ET when the weakly season ended. At the end of my game I got this error message saying something like 'unable to match you to opponents', and now I am not able to access the new season. Instead, I see a countdown to the season that will start next Wednesday. I fear that not only will I need to wait to the following Wednesday to play Squad Battles but my rewards from the season just ended will be lost. Anyone had this problem and/or know how to go about getting a resolution?

At this point this is ridiculous. It is so hard. You only have to be lucky to complete them, especially the 3 top shelf goals. Why does this “pro difficulty is suddently so hard to play against? The forecheck, the hitting, every sliders seems to be maxed out. And on top of it, we play against 90 ovr players with 80’ ovr.. not to mention Goalie Andersen has 4 superstar abilities. It seems so obvious now that you made ut this way so people buy the packs to get him in the store. It’s a joke. I hope you make them easier and that people who already bought pucks are refounded or given that amount of pucks again.
HELP, I made a mistake.
I hate myself. My Daily Hat Trick Weber I had up to 83 and was checking on how many more I needed to make it a 84 Card I accidentally degraded it back to 82. I screwed up so badly. How can I restore it back to 83 as I was 3 collectables out from making it an 84. I even have proof I had the card in my lines when it was up to 83. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach about it. Also the game keeps calling my team the expos when I'm set to the predators. Also attached it's my lines and the last goal I got with the card at 83.NHL 25 HUT Content 10/16

Still hard to change jerseys and logo
Why is it that we still can't change our jersey or logo using these icons here, where we select My Team?!? It's the most obvious and intuitive area to be able to do so, yet I find I still have to scour my collection to find individual jerseys or logos I might have.
Early Access XP path
Hello, the early access XP path stops at 115,750 points and it is not possible to reach or collect the 3rd bonus xp level. One other thing i noticed. Why is there a XP multiplier for Rivals? So with online playing, Wildcard or Rivals are let you progress faster throught the XP path. My question is why? Its a little bit unfair for players, who are only want to play offline.
Missing fantasy Card Conor Garland in my inbox
Dear EA, I have made last week fantasy card Conor Garland with 40 fantasy collectibles, but card didn't show in INBOX. I have restarted the game and the PS5 system but card still didn't show. I have contacted EA help made a case and shared all my account data. Also, I have attached picture where was clearly seen that I have made this fantasy player. They have stated today in the help chat that they have not technical possibilities to solve the issue and I should post my case on EA forum so I can get further support. I spent 675€ to get McDavids X-Factor and now you can get it for 225€
So I spent 675€ on packs to get as much 75+ overalls as possible, which are needed for the McDavids X-factor card. Now, after just two weeks, you can buy the same card with about 225€, with new X-factor packs. So with the new x-factor pack you get 1 base x-factor card for 1050 points and you need 32 base x-factors for McDavids x-factor. So 32 x 1050 points = 33 600 points. So I spent 100 000 points + 4600 points from deluxe edition to small elite packs, which gave me 3 75+ overall cards per pack. So I had to spent 104 600 points, instead of 33 600 points. So basically the price of McDavids x-factor card dropped from 675€ to 225€in just 2 weeks. I contacted EA chat, but they basically just laughed at me. I was told I just had bad luck. I feel like I was robbed by EA. EA_AljoIs there anything you can do? Even some kind of compensation? This isn't about money, it's about principle.HUT rewards are awful
There is no incentive to play rivals or squad battles. The rewards are so pointless. A bronze pack? A 76 overall card? A 78 overall card. And the best part in 55 days you get a 87 Eichel. An xfactor Nylander that I can obtain now is a better card. All you had to do is simply copy FC25 format of seasons where they still hand out division rivals rewards every week and squad battles. I basically don't have to log in till hut champs time now. Add weekly rivals and squad battle rewards back or the interest in this mode will die very very quickly. Check Reddit forums it's plastered all over.
