I need to understand…
The game isn’t that bad… I have some fun playing it! With that being said, I need to understand why a team with 81 OFF and 81 DEF, having players with like 83-84 speed, sometimes, is outpacing my players? I have McDavid at like 90 speed, Makar same thing… I don’t get it! Then, I play guys with freaking OP Selane, same thing: sometimes, I can catch the player, and other times, he has the speed of a Formula 1, while my player is as aslow as a freaking turtle. It is the lack of consistency that pisses me off a little! Same thing goes with poke checking, some guys literally get every poke checks, while others can’t! I need to understand!XP Series 1 Legendary Pack
You really shouldn’t deceive people by calling a pack LEGENDARY when it in fact is not… i can buy an 83 overall card for under 10,000 coin in auctionhouse. Its a waste of a set if you cant get anything half decent for all your hard work. Not to mention 60 collectibles. Feels like this game really doesnt reward you anymore as you progress/ grind. You either have to spend thousands of dollars, save up to hopefully buy one card you really want from auction, or simply suffer with a horrible to mid team if ur a non pay-to-play player. It is blatant corporate greed. The focus has dramatically shifted over the years from pleasing the community of players, to now stuffing their pockets. Shameful to see micro transactions attempting to hold the game hostage. Ive accepted that my team will be trash this year
Ranked Games does not count
This has happened to me personally two or three times, and again last night. You're playing a ranked online match, you're winning, and then the opponent does something, and the game suddenly ends, and it's counted as a loss. It wasn't a connection issue, because if that happens, a red bar appears in the top right corner saying, "Connection to the EA servers has been lost." But that message didn't appear. What I also noticed about this opponent was that their username kept changing in the player list—it showed two different usernames. What's going on? My username always stays the same. And you can see from the game statistics that my connection didn't drop.NHL 26 HUT Content 10/14

The fantasy event is usually the only event i splash some money on packs. Even though they didnt show what % of chance you have to get a fantasyplayer, they are a complete scam. I spent 100 k hut points on the 3.6 k and 2.3 k pack with higher precentage of getting a fantasy player. I got absolutely nothing. No fantasy player, and maybe 2-3 84 ovr, so nothing to build sets. Thats complete garbage, and no its not only bad pack luck. Im 100% convinced that the fantasyplayers are not in these packs. Im done ea. deleting the game as we speak.NHL 26 HUT Content 10/10

Ive been playing HUT for years and completely understand the premise that certain events are worth far more than others (ex: fantasy hockey, TOTY). That being said these prices are simply too much for the average person to afford and stand a remote chance of competing to get a fantasy card. I think an easy correction is at least loading “non-winning” decks with some 85’s or even 84’s. It feels absurd that i just spent $100 real life dollars on only 4 fantasy packs worth 922,500 in game coin/ 12,300 NHL points and i received one 84 and one 83. The price doesnt NEARLY match what is received. I understand it always a gamble but i feel majorly scammed.
