Game asking for product key?
I haven't played the game in a while and I tried opening the game today and I received this message. I bought the game back into 2019 back on Origin. When I click on enter product key it says I'm offline and to connect online but I am connected to the internet. I also can't buy the game because I already own the game. Any/All of them Summarize your bug: i logged in after a while of not playing, saw my skins, customized them, logged on the next day and they're almost all gone Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It hasnt stopped since i found it So i tried to reply to an EA Admin on a different post like 30 minutes ago, but when i looked back at it a few minutes later i didnt see it anymore. luckily i copied it before i left the tab originally so i could explain to some guys i know and ask them about it as well without completely re-typing it. I saw he got a reply with the format he used to summarize so used the same one here above. But anyway, here it is below pasted back as it was in the other post I just came back to the game yesterday after not playing for a while. I looked in my locker, seeing my skins, and was trying on a few that i never equipped before, and everything was normal. then after a while, my sister wanted to join and fight each other in giddy park. We don't own more than 1 device with the game on it, so we just played split screen. after she logged onto the game, i switched teams to the zombies bc she only wanted to play as the plants. After she was done on the game, i changed back to plants, and my skins were unequipped. i thought maybe it was just a bug, but then today i hopped on the game and tried to re-equip them, but it turns out theyr gone completely. im sorry i dont have much evidence, and i dont remember what they were called unfortunately, but im wondering if i somehow did a bug or something on accident that made them disappear? I know i put in kind of a lot of detail but idk what wouldve caused it to happen so i just figured id include everything i remember doing in case itll help. Im gonna be looking at all the skins in the game and try to find the names of the ones i remember having, i know i had a like 3 legendaries for the dragon plant and maybe others but the dragon is the only one im sure of the rarities for. please help me if you can I think i found the plant skins i lost, but i know i had parts of some sets but not the full skins. I dont have literal photographic memory, but its good enough that im trying to find a site that displays the individual parts of each outfit to see if i can remember the ones i had or at least used. I dont know if i lost any zombie skins bc i never really played that team that much unfortunately. Ill try to send a follow up message maybe tomorrow with the things i can remember seeing. So today I decided to play PvZ game after a whole three years (medschool.) and it said (see the screens) we could not activate this game on your computer on your origin account, provide the key code or buy it / register in the account it was boight from. Dude it was bought from this account back when EA was Origin, but so were the Sims 4 and it is fine. So then I tried to enter the key code, but the game said my computer was offline which is bull**bleep** of course. I really do not want to buy it again... Clicked on the app and it downloaded an update and once it finished it had deleted all my progress and put me back to the start. I was up to level 20 in Future world , done all things to get it back but it’s gone and done live chat and they can’t help . I completed all the daily missions but it shows as they still need to be completed. One of the missions is winning the daily challenge, in which you only are granted 1 entry. This guide will assist you in navigating the process of finding your player ID, collecting the necessary information, and filling out the Bug Report template for PvZ 3. WHERE TO FIND YOUR PLAYER ID IN PLANTS VS ZOMBIES 3 While you don't always need to give your Player ID when you report a bug or other technical issue with the game, it's good to know where it is. You can find your PvZ 3 Player ID by following these steps: Open the Settings menu from your home screen. You’ll see your Player ID at the bottom of the screen. For images, please click on 'Spoiler': CREATING EFFECTIVE BUG REPORTS & USING THE TEMPLATE Make sure the thread title summarises your issue Thread titles play a critical role in identifying your issue, so ensure they are clear, concise, and accurately summarise your problem. For instance: • 'Zombies stop spawning while collecting suns since recent Feb. 24 update' <--- Precise, concise, clearly portrays the problem • 'WHY IS MY GAME NOT WORKING??!! PLEASE FIX!!' <--- Unclear about the problem Clear thread titles help sort out problems faster and are helpful for the teams fixing the issue. GUIDELINES FOR BUG REPORTING Filling out a bug report template with detailed responses is important. Don't copy and paste the same answer into all the fields. Instead, take time to provide thorough information for each question. Each question is there for a reason and the more specific you can be, the better. Provide extensive information wherever possible The bug report template will ask for basic details, but giving extra information can help us a lot. You can include any error messages or codes, things you've tried to solve the issue, or even pictures or videos. The more complete the information, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the problem. Restrict bug reports to one issue per report Lastly, when submitting bug reports, stick to one issue per report. Our team will look into your report and we may get back to you. If the report is valid, we'll mark it as a new issue and let the game developers know. We might also need more information to understand your issue better. If the issue has been reported before, we'll tell you. IMPORTANT: Sometimes, reports are closed because we can't reproduce the issue. This can happen for many reasons. It doesn't mean your report was wrong, it just means we couldn't see the issue ourselves. After we flag your report, there's a possibility we'll close your thread or report.
