Very Annoying badge/challenge page pop-up every 10 seconds during game play
Is there a way to stop the annoying badge/challenge (how many points to your next tier)page pop-up every 10 seconds during game play ? i feel like since i pay for this subscription there shouldn't be the need to show me this page every 10 seconds in the middle of my games. At the end of the game play would suffice. i end up clicking on something else on that page every time...card scramble violas diner
It appears that there is a bug in the game. I have reached the point of the game (SAY GOOD BYE TO JOEY). when i hit the finish task button the prologue screen opens and it says i need 1 star to complete the task but i do not have any stars and it wont let me play to earn any stars. i am stuck on this spot and cant move forwardGem purchaes/Paypal
I have made several attempt to purchase gems from July 3-4...I have Paypal and they say I need to contact EA....ya-right-how? The screen said somethings wrong, relaod and try again...so now I have 9 pending transactions. I need help! I hope POGO solves the problem, and I am not charged for them.Charged 2x but still no club access
I have been a member since 2004. Recently, I went to renew my club subscription to a yearly subscription instead of quarterly and I was charged. I had access, and then I went to play a couple days ago and I didn't have access, so I paid again and I still don't have access. So far I have paid over $60 for access that I still don't have and I can't find any customer service emails or phone numbers. Once when I lost access to an old email they were amazing at helping me get into my old dormant account but now I can't find any help! Does anyone have any help for me?
