HELP!! I am missing the MnM Album #520 Completion badge. It should have been issued together with the Verglas the Resilient Final Silver badge on 2025/01/17. However the software to issue the MnM Album completion badge has been skipped. Can this be corrected, please?

Pogo Yahtzee froze twice, booted me once after freezing
I am trying to play Yahtzee for thr 25 day challenge. I had two Yahtzee’s, which took a lot of time. I did not take pic of one before froze and closed out, right after I got message to kick someone out. The second time, I took a picture of m6 Yahtzee with all 2s + a golden dice! Before I buy another golden dice, I want credit for my 2 Yahtzee wins! plus, I got two screen pop ups that I won 100 gems plus one month free membership….i do not believe I got the gems.
