Major bug
For over a week I have been unable to log on to the game. This is in addition to the continual hang out of the game that has happened since it’s “upgrade” of services. Obviously, I’ve lost a week of COM. Fortunately, I’d already completed it. the usual delete/reinstal doesn’t work. ive also reported other glitches that have not been resolved by the “help” team. this situation really isn’t good enough. btw, I’ve played every version of SimCity from its first appearance and never had this kind of disgusting, untested, debugged “upgrade”. are all the programmers on drugs?Reporting my city's train rail bug
I believe the most important part in train system in this game is how the rails are connected to each other. However, I saw that the rail in my Green Valley's bridge is not connected to each side. I believe this a serious issue, as trains do not find this as a track Below is an attachment, please fix this bug. Thank you, and hope have a great day!
Add new features to Game Center on iOS and fixes as well
Add more Game Center technologies on iOS, like leaderboard challenges and more achievements. By the way, there is a big problem with Game Center for existing players who already achieved achievements, which causes a problem where they get unlocked within the game, but not on Game Center so please make Game Center and the game synced to avoid problemsMake the game available on Mac with crossplay and synced cloud play
Make the game available on Mac with crossplay and synced cloud play. Having SimCity build it on Mac is so amazing, with support for keyboard, shortcuts, and mouse and trackpad as well, so I can jump in right from my iPhone or iPad to my Mac and resume playing from where I left off.Railway bridge disappeared / Train cannot pass

Hi Everyone, I’ve been monitoring the performance on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE (8GB RAM) since the Services 2.0 update. I’ve noticed a significant Memory Leak that seems to be triggered by switching maps and visiting the Global HQ. My Observations: Baseline: After a fresh restart, the system shows 4.5 GB of free RAM. Startup: Opening SimCity drops free RAM to 2.7 GB (Game uses ~1.8 GB). Activity: After visiting Regions or the Global HQ, the free RAM fluctuates heavily and drops down to 2.1 GB or even 1.7 GB in peak moments.' The Issue: The game does not seem to release memory after switching back from Regions or visiting the Global HQ. When the free RAM hits the 1.7 GB - 2.1 GB range, the system becomes unstable. Sometimes items in the Global HQ stop loading (empty boxes), and this often leads to Error 17 (Connection lost), likely because the system is struggling to manage the memory and the data sync at the same time. Steps taken: Cleared App Cache for SimCity Simcity set to "Excluded " Disabled RAM Plus (to use only physical RAM). Restarted the device multiple times. Is anyone else experiencing these RAM drops and subsequent connection errors specifically after visiting Regions or intensive HQ surfing?" Impossible Road/Railroad Connection.
Specifically at Tunnel Connection Tiles, I am unable to intersect a "Two-way road" over a "[Closed] Railroad Connection Tile". However, if I place a "Two-way road", FIRST, over an "[Open] Tunnel Railroad Connection Tile", then I can intersect a "Railroad Track" over the "Two-way road" (this being intersecting on the "Railroad Connection Tile" itself). My recommended solutions for the developers: (1) Allow the bulldoze tool to remove Road/Railroad tiles on all CONNECTION TILES. -or- (2) Allow "Roads" to intersect ALL "[Closed] Railroad Connection Tiles" with the road/railroad merge command. Additionally, a "Railroad Track" CAN intersect a "[Closed] ROAD Connection Tile". I request the same be made true vice versa. Building order matters in this example, when it shouldn't, in order to allow full flexibility in City Layout Design.War has changed??
First they take away half our war store and put in half cash, pressuring to buy more of their cash…. Then they add an easy “pay to win” feature by filling your energy with cash, more pressure to buy last second…. Now the rewards for each war arena are changed to lower value rewards and doesn't pertain to war at all…..winning a war should give you rewards for future wars. You took away shop speedups that help with future wars and general city up keep, and instead put plat keys?? Like how does that help with wars at all?? Give us our normal war shop back, just add the 2 cash options like you have before so 6 items total. Take away the pay to win energy fill feature thats just annoying….cash buying is already shoved in our faces everywhere else. Go back to the previous rewards, I really don't get that change like how are plat keys as valuable as shop speed up??I can't find SimCity BuildIt on CH Play even it available before
I had been playing this game for a while when it suddenly disappeared from the Play Store. When I searched for it, the Play Store said that it’s currently unavailable for me. However, since I had already downloaded it before, I can still play normally—but I can’t purchase the season pass because, as mentioned, it’s not available on the Play Store anymore. Does anyone know what’s going on? I contacted the Play Store, and they told me to reach out to the service provider. Could it be that my region (Vietnam) has been restricted?Remove this latest update
This latest update to SimCity BuildIt completely misses the mark and honestly drains the fun out of what used to be a relaxing, creative game. Instead of expanding on what made the game enjoyable—city design, individuality, and strategic growth—it forces players into constant micromanagement of services like fire departments, police stations, hospitals, and utilities. That’s not engaging gameplay—it’s a chore. Now I’m stuck repeatedly maintaining and renovating buildings I’ve already completed, with little to no visible improvement or meaningful change to my city. It feels redundant and unrewarding. On top of that, this system burns through simoleons and SimCash at an exhausting rate, pushing players to spend more resources just to keep things running rather than actually progressing or building something new. The worst part is how much time this demands. Instead of enjoying the creative aspects of the game, I’m spending the majority of my playtime putting out fires—literally and figuratively—just to maintain a baseline. That’s not why people play this game. This shift toward constant upkeep is inefficient, frustrating, and ultimately unsustainable for long-term players. If this direction continues, it’s going to drive players away. The core appeal of SimCity BuildIt has always been creativity, personalization, and the satisfaction of building something unique. This update undermines all of that. I strongly suggest removing or reworking the renovation and maintenance system. Instead, focus on what players actually want: new building upgrades, diverse architectural styles, seasonal themes, and holiday content that brings life and variety to our cities. Bring back the emphasis on individuality, commerce, and innovation—the elements that made the game stand out in the first place. Right now, it feels like the game is moving backward instead of forward. This isn’t the direction a beloved and popular game should be heading.Bug
Hello, I'm playing SimCity BuildIt on iOS. I accidentally deleted the pre-built native railway bridge tracks in the Green Valley map. Now this area cannot be rebuilt manually, and the game crashes when approaching this location. I do NOT want to delete any progress of my current city save. I kindly request the technical team to restore the original state of this railway bridge via backend operations to fix this map bug. Thank you for your help!Bug
Hi, since yesterday i cant acces my capital, the other 2 regions work perfectly normal, the game is perfectly normal actually until i tap on my capital, it shows its loading and when its almost done it crashes kicking me out. Iits super frustrating i tried rebooting, reinstalling but nothing worked... Any idea what to do?
