Newbie question
I just started playing this game. I have 100% happiness and 650 people. I go to try and upgrade my residential buildings and they still look like lots that haven't been helped after the time allotted or if I watched the video. I feel like I'm at a dead end. I know I'm missing something dumb. Can someone point out what I'm doing wrong or is this a bug and I need to restart?Proceso detenido, edificios no mejoran, necesito ayuda urgente

With the scam of Egyptian Hospital and Riverwalk. The grind of the event track of the Pride House which I can now easily buy both Riverwalk and Pride House. What about the people that got scammed or grinded for those? I just saw that I was out of tickets for this Contest of Mayors. I still have 37 assignments to go. I didnt even come close to finishing last weeks CoM and I am out of tickets for this weeks. Do I now have to buy the Mayors Pass and also pay money for tickets to grind the CoM? I know right now you can buy tickets in the Seasonal Currency but it really isnt enough and I shouldn't have to really buy any at all. Not sure how much more abuse I can take. The OMEGA items are great don't get me wrong but it's infuriating when the stuff you need never gets advertised or given to you. I personally think that it'd be so much better if we could either sell or trade OMEGA items. I don't know about anyone else but I constantly panic because I run out of room in my storage for OMEGA items because I get given tons of the same item without variety which means I cant do anything. Is this just me or does anyone else think this?
do you play for the cap or the Simcash
this is a very valid question. let me explain what I mean. they gave each of us 2,500 tickets at the beginning of the season and made sure we all knew about the cap. at an average of 30 tickets per task you need 2,250 tickets to do 75 tasks each week. unfortunately 75 tasks may win you a prize but it will push you past the cap. if you don't buy the season pass you're only going to win a specified number of gold tickets even if you do the special event also. this will still not be enough tickets if you want to go for the prizes and ignore the cap. the first week of the season I did all my tasks and ignored the cap. I did not win a Simcash prize beyond the small but i tried. week 2, I won first place. I did every task, I did every daily, I did every milestone. but I had to ignore the cap to do it. is there a chance I'm going to win a Simcash prize this week? maybe but I doubt it. week 3, i just hit my cap. I'm in mega. I just cleared the 35th tier. I have 58 tasks left to do this week and only 1,675 tickets. using the average of 30 tickets per task that means I would need 1,740 tickets to do all of my remaining tasks. I'm currently in fifth place and there are 2 days 22 hours left in the contest. if I want a prize I have to spend the rest of my tickets to try for it. which means I won't be able to do any tasks next week other than the dailies and the milestones. I have no doubt that I will hit the 38th tier before the season is over and collect my 550 simcash from the free pass. unfortunately if I go for a prize this week I will not have any tickets left to play next season. please don't suggest I spend my sim cash to buy more tickets because I play in the contest to win the Sim cash not waste it. is EA going to give us 2,500 gold tickets for free at the beginning of every season or are they deliberately making this free to play but pay to win? what do you think?
Please help, unable to log into the game.
Hi everyone, I've been playing SimCity for a long time, but for the last month I took a break and uninstalled It, saving all my progress in my EA account (my account is made on Outlook mail). Now, today I reinstalled the game and I found out the there's no Sign In with EA option, All my progress was saved in my EA account, and now if I can't login through it, is all my progress lost? I tried to post EA forums, and contact EA help but i got no solution. please guys can anyone help me with this? it would mean a lot. Thanks, Shah Saud

It would be helpful in the forum if the option was added to “dislike” or “thumbs down” a post or comment. That way we can get a better visual representation of which posts are popular or unpopular. It would provide more insight into how the forum members feel about the game.Looks like I wasted time and actual money going after the Riverwalk in Week 1.
I have a ton of seasonal currency left over and the buildings we all pursued over the course of the weekly contests are now available in the seasonal currency showcase. Why did we need to work so hard to get these if they were going to be available at the end of this season? Transparency would really help the players here. I like the weekly tasks and revamped storage, but the seasonal currency thing needs work.

I’ve played for 9 years but now I can not log in. I have loaded and unloaded the app several times. I went into ea site and my account to find an email address that I done not recognise. how do I get my game back? City is moonbase alpha. Thank you in advance. Mayor's Pass complete
I have completed the Mayor's Pass so it is possible but it's been a very frustrating and boring few weeks. I wont be buying the Premium pass again. The rewards have been reduced and it's simply not worth spending any money in this game. The connection errors persist so I cant access the chat, global market or the war screen without turning off the iPad and restarting. The ads don't work, (Oreo) so Im missing out on rewards. Half my team haven't bothered with CoM, see screenshots. And it looks like players aren't bothering generally as the Megalopolis league is much lower scores than usual
