I cheated and I was banned, but I want to start over.
I admit it, I cheated on Simcity Buildit. I gave myself billions of simcash through Cheat Engine, on my pc. And the consequence for this was that my account got banned, or restricted, since now I can't find my friends on the game and I can only join a small amounts of clubs. I had my account for over a decade I believe and it has been ruined by a mistake that I made, and I take full responsibility of my action. The thing is, I wanted to start over, to be unbanned, to enjoy the game once again. I was wondering if some developer or admin or someone who works for EA could see this post and unban me. I know it sounds like a bold request, but I am deeply sorry for my mistake and I want to apologize, and I want to play the game that I used to spend so many hours in when I was younger. Even if that means removing all of my simcash, or even setting my simcash balance to negative. I will accept any punishment, because I understand the serious mistake that I made. My issue has not been resolved for over 2 months. Support refuses, the forum is silent. Is support always this terrible in this game? Why did other players get a card right away, but I can't get one for 2 months? Your support is horrible, disgusting and useless and doesn't want to do anything

3 items for 7-8-2025: for the 3rd time now, in the daily contest task of dispatching 5 trains, the counter is not working, no matter how many trains I dispatch, it is stuck at 0/5. In the popsicle farmer event, there is a task to build 22 shovels, but the counter is not working, no matter how many shovels I build, it remains at 0/22. finally, the market is no longer useful. The low variety of items makes it nearly impossible to find anything needed.Problems with the game
I'm missing the Contact button in the help menu. I recived a message from EA saying there would be compensation for the premium levels I didn't earn in the pass, that there would be more Chicago missions and that reaching the level in the event would be easier but so far nothing has happend. There are too few Golden Tickets. You should get more in the event and the pass.Weekly cap issue
Once again I have maxed the weekly cap. Because of this max I am locked out of moving up to get small prize. The number 1 mayor I have has 270,000 points while I have have 150,000 good for 54 place with about 30 hours before this weeks game ends. Grossly unfair in preventing me from accumulating any more points .. need to take this cap and file it
Daily $15 Simcash Reward Not Working
I tap on claim on the website for my daily reward of $15 Sim Cash. Then I open the game like it says and i get no reward. Is there some place we have to click to get it? This has been happening ever since I discovered there was a free reward. I’ve never received anything. One of my team mates said they opened the game if got it instantly.Latest update
Like many others, I dislike the changes made to the game, it is even worse when I can't physically do challenges because they are not available, for example, upgrade city storage - I have the required items but there is no button to click on to start the challenge.... so frustrating!!!!! Why launch an update when it is clearly not fit for purpose?
Having trouble with log In
Hi everyone, I've been playing SimCity for a long time, but for the last month I took a break and uninstalled It, saving all my progress in my EA account (my account is made on Outlook mail). Now, today I reinstalled the game and I found out the there's no Sign In with EA option, it's just gone. Why? all my progress was saved in my EA account, and now if I can't login through it, is all my progress lost? please guys can anyone help me with this? it would mean a lot. I’ve been getting the upgrade city storage task in CoM yet I am completely maxed out on city storage (1100 without any temporary enhancements). This has ruined my com last week (got this three times and had to cancel each time) and it’s already come up twice this week. I’ve seen this bug a few times in the last few years. What gives?Trouble connecting to the internet?
Is anyone else getting a lot of errors in the newest version of the game where it scrolls endlessly and then says the game isn’t connected to the internet? I spent an hour and multiple internet connections trying to resolve the error last night to upload my future city for the blueprint challenge to no avail. Figure it was a bug but want to know if it’s fixed now?
