My EA Account is a bit messy
Hi folks, I just realized that my EA account lost all the order history (I only have a "quest_item" listed there without any value), and I am not being able to play some games. I have the licenses since I bought them and played before, but now I can't download anymore because it says that I can't download since I have to buy it (the actual message is in the attached print screen). I don't have the order history to proof I bought it anymore either. Just my screen that displays I own the game as you can see in the attached image. Do you guys know how to proceed? I am having issues with: SimCity Limited Edition Battlefield 3 The Sims 3 The other games at least are installing and working, but still is kind of bizarre.
simcity apparently already playing
just downloaded simcity and it wont play. i checked that my laptop met all the requirements and it does. i click to run the game and it says im not connected to the internet, which i am, and asks me if i want to continue single-player or quit. clicking single player does nothing, it returns to my desktop and if i click to run the game again, it says the games already running. ive tried rebooting my laptop but still the same issue. whats going on? why wont it run? can anyone help please? 🙏Gritty Mine in Cactus Canyon
Good day! I love SimCity, and one of my favorite regions is Cactus Canyon. Would it be possible to create at least one area in the Mountain Area (for example, the one I circled) so that I can place The Gritty Mine there? The mine looks amazing, and the only region where it really fits design-wise is Cactus Canyon. It’s not necessary to add the train line there. I would just like to be able to place that mine, as it would look great in that spot. Please try to make it possible somehow. From March 16, Simcity gets crashing, I have done everything suggested like restarting mobile, clearing cache, reinstalling, keeping 10gb free space, but after I close app next time I can't open app. It needs reinstalling everytime. I really don't like the mass transit because it takes up so much space, but barely covers any area and it feels like half my city is just going to be train stations. Even the ones that have the most coverage don't seem to be enough. Is there anything that's going to change with this? Dear EA Strategy and Maxis Development Teams I am writing this message as a loyal fan and a long time player of the SimCity series. I want to share my thoughts on why now is the perfect time for a new SimCity title. Since 2013 the city building genre has changed but there is still a big gap in the market for the unique feel that only SimCity can provide. We miss the sophisticated simulation the distinct art style and the amazing music that made the series so special. With todays powerful hardware and AI the technical limits of the past are gone. As a player I am looking for a new SimCity experience that includes larger maps that allow for real city growth and deeper social simulations. I also hope for a strong single player mode that works offline and modern graphics that make the world feel alive. SimCity is a legendary brand. Bringing it back to its former glory is not just my dream as a player but also a great opportunity for EA. We are ready to be Mayors again. SimCity 4 Rush Hour doesn't appear in my EA or Steam account. It's registered that I purchased it. I only see the option to buy it again. Everything was fine until a few months ago. Multiplayer doesn't work
Guys, help me. Just a couple of days ago, I started playing online with a friend. Everything was working fine. We were playing on the "Asia" server. Also, in multiplayer, other players' regions were visible, and everything was fine. But then, yesterday, everything suddenly stopped working. Other people's servers aren't showing up, and I can't create a world in multiplayer; it just kicks me back to the menu with an error. I've tried everything, what should I do?

SimCity™: Complete Edition includes: SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow expansion pack Amusement Park Airship Set Heroes and Villains Set French, British, and German City Sets Heroes and Villains Set IS NOT INCLUDEDED in the Complete Edition key that I redeemed to Origin many people have this problem. DLCs are not included in this version of the game. ORIGIN version used to have these DLCs EA SHOULD Give us the DLCs that we own as Complete edition owners. There is a bug or a Problem in the system that does not grant these Content to the Complete edition owners. EA should fix this and give us what we own and paid for. EA Support refuses to help us about this topic also there is no place to purchase the missing DLC.SimCity Won't Load
BRO HELP ME I've been trying to solve this issue for 2 years now. Whenever I attempt to load SimCity (2013), I get "This game requires administrative privileges. Do you want to grant access and launch the game?" Then followed by "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've tried all posted fixes on this forum that I can find. I really just want to play this game as it's very nostalgic to me. Please help!
Capital city runs slow
My SimCity capital city is running and move very slow. But my Regional city (as like Fjord) is moving completely normal in my phone. My Capital city isn't move a single step or hang. EA app showing wrong version for game and missing dlc
Login after a long time, was trying to play simcity. on the ea app however, it says i own the Mac version and did not have the cities of tomorrow DLC. however, i own the PC version and do have the DLC. the game still works fine after installing, i can still access the DLC features without issue. but is there any fix to show the proper add-on i owned in the ea app? if it cant be fixed, would it cause any issue if i buy new dlc in the future?Sim City will not work past Maxis loading screen
I downloaded Sim City, complete edition, yesterday. It worked just fine and I played it for a while. I tried to open the game back up today, but it won't work past the Maxis loading screen. I can still hear the audio, but it is stuck. I'm not sure what to do to fix this problem.
