Game disappeared + no help available from EA.
SimCity 4 Rush Hour doesn't appear in my EA or Steam account. It's registered that I purchased it. I only see the option to buy it again. Everything was fine until a few months ago. I had to reinstall the computer and now I can't figure out how to fix SimCity. I don't think this topic is open, but my English level is low. I used Google Translate. Multiplayer doesn't work
Guys, help me. Just a couple of days ago, I started playing online with a friend. Everything was working fine. We were playing on the "Asia" server. Also, in multiplayer, other players' regions were visible, and everything was fine. But then, yesterday, everything suddenly stopped working. Other people's servers aren't showing up, and I can't create a world in multiplayer; it just kicks me back to the menu with an error. I've tried everything, what should I do?
SimCity: Complete Edition Major Problem
SimCity™: Complete Edition includes: SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow expansion pack Amusement Park Airship Set Heroes and Villains Set French, British, and German City Sets Heroes and Villains Set IS NOT INCLUDEDED in the Complete Edition key that I redeemed to Origin many people have this problem. DLCs are not included in this version of the game. ORIGIN version used to have these DLCs EA SHOULD Give us the DLCs that we own as Complete edition owners. There is a bug or a Problem in the system that does not grant these Content to the Complete edition owners. EA should fix this and give us what we own and paid for. EA Support refuses to help us about this topic also there is no place to purchase the missing DLC.SimCity Won't Load
BRO HELP ME I've been trying to solve this issue for 2 years now. Whenever I attempt to load SimCity (2013), I get "This game requires administrative privileges. Do you want to grant access and launch the game?" Then followed by "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've tried all posted fixes on this forum that I can find. I really just want to play this game as it's very nostalgic to me. Please help!
Capital city runs slow
My SimCity capital city is running and move very slow. But my Regional city (as like Fjord) is moving completely normal in my phone. My Capital city isn't move a single step or hang. Example capital city's cars are move slow or hang in a place. Please solve this bug problem as soon as possible. SimCity Authority My Player ID: 558811163
EA app showing wrong version for game and missing dlc
Login after a long time, was trying to play simcity. on the ea app however, it says i own the Mac version and did not have the cities of tomorrow DLC. however, i own the PC version and do have the DLC. the game still works fine after installing, i can still access the DLC features without issue. but is there any fix to show the proper add-on i owned in the ea app? if it cant be fixed, would it cause any issue if i buy new dlc in the future?
Sim City will not work past Maxis loading screen
I downloaded Sim City, complete edition, yesterday. It worked just fine and I played it for a while. I tried to open the game back up today, but it won't work past the Maxis loading screen. I can still hear the audio, but it is stuck. I'm not sure what to do to fix this problem.NEED SOLUTION ON SIMCITY NEEDS ORIGIN ERROR MESSAGE!!!
I have SimCity 2013 and have been playing for years. Just last month I now get an error message that "SimCity requires Origin to function. The program must now close" and forces me to close the game. Then it tells me to install Origin. Why is this happening? Can someone help with this problem? I thought Origin went away Someone please help
Need Help with missing DLC
Hello, I recently purchased Simcity complete edition, and I don't have access to the Heroes and Villains dlc pack. I've read elsewhere that i should contact live support, but i can't find it. Also, I tried using a contact form but I cannot just put "simcity" where i have to put the game i need help with, only the mobile game is available. Where can I get assistance?Plss help me what to do
I bought the SimCity 2013 deluxe edition through epic store and yes, I downloaded and played at my old laptop, but I have to delete because I have to switch to a newer laptop. When I search my library at epic games it was not there anymore. so, I have to go to the website, but it wants me to pay again to play. then I open my manage account i went to history of recent purchase the SimCity 2013 that I bought is there. I'm unable to launch my Simcity 2013 game from the EA app. First I get this error: ERROR CODE SMCY-2. The second error I get when I click 'okay' after the first one is that I'm not connected to the internet. When Launching SimCity(2013) i get the error code "The product code you have redeemed for SimCity does not support the currently selected language" after contacting support they have said this is due to an issue with the product code supplied by ea play when connected thru Xbox game pass. they said to report the problem here for it to be fixed, they also said it is a known issuecan anyone help?
Hello everyone, I have a physical copy of SimCity 2013 that I registered on the Origin platform over ten years ago. I haven’t played it for a long time and have forgotten my account details, including the password. Today, I tried uninstalling the Origin platform and reinstalling the game from the disc, but the installer forces me to run it through Origin (which, as everyone knows, has already been discontinued). As a result, even though I still have the physical game, I can’t use it anymore. Does anyone know if there’s a way for me to log in to the game again — even if it means playing offline or without launching it through the platform?
SimCity 2013 not working
Hi, I bought the Sim City 5 Complete Edition on sale and I'm facing the following issue: When I click on the "Start Game" button, it says "Connecting to Update Server" and then displays the error message: ERROR CODE SMCY-25: Could not connect to the SimCity update server. Please try again or refer to the customer support link for assistance. I've already tried everything, including disabling the antivirus, checking compatibility with different Windows versions, and reinstalling everything I found on the internet. I live in Russia, and I understand that I won't be treated well, but I'm asking for help if anyone knows how to solve this problem. I've already tried using VPN and other methods to bypass the ^Russian^ blocks, but nothing worked.
