Advice needed
Within 10 days I'll have 4 lightspeed tokens going to relic 5 (at least) and 3 options to spend them, i don't know which is best. I would like some feedback Option 1) get all gungans = (jarjar binks) Option 2)get last 2 on (starkiller) and last 2 on (baylan) Option 3) go for GL Leia but I'm missing 5 characters.Solved142Views0likes4CommentsOn Pirates and conquest
Every time the galactic conquest happens I can’t get to the final box, even on easy, for one reason: them bloody pirates. There is a task that requires a full pirate squad, there are also tasks that need specific pirates, but the underlying theme is you can’t lightspeed these bar stewards :). I’ve lightspeeded Hondo, Nest, and Sana, primarily for Order 66, but the rest of them… nah, can’t do it. At the same time grinding them all the way up will take one hell of a time, and only makes sense if one is obsessed with getting GL Hondo, while there are other GLs that are easier to get and are more useful when it comes to combinations with other toons, whether light or dark side. I understand these pirates are probably previous era units, but if you came later than that era well, tough luck. I’d suggest to either modify conquest tasks so that you do not require a full pirate squad at relic level, or make them lightspeedable, even if only for cash or rare era tokens. I guess I’m not alone at that. Thanks.Solved211Views0likes5CommentsBanning for 'Cheating'
I've just completed Tier 4 of the Colosseum using a lvl 45 Dedra and her hero ability activated (full ISB, yada yada). But I haven't even attempted Tier 5 yet because I've read the horror stories of people who submitted one attempt on a higher tier and got banned because they did too well. So what's the likelihood I'll be "banned for cheating" if I try Tier 5? I really don't want to be banned, especially since it's GAC season.Solved224Views1like5CommentsGAC Scorings
I’ve been wondering for a while now exactly how you’re ranked within the 8 spots at the end of each set. Is it primarily a win/loss calculation, or are your overall banners factored in? For context, there’s been a few rounds where I’ve been full cleared and have known I don’t have the capacity to full clear them. In this case, would taking out the teams I could boost my overall score and final ranking at the end, or am I just wasting my time?Solved466Views0likes26CommentsA problem ignored for a whole decade: Arenas and awards time.
The concept of the Regular Arena and Fleet Arena has been a thorn in the side of many players for 10 years. To truly give players more free time in the game, there was no need to remove such a wonderful game mode as Galactic Challenges. Players waste at least two hours every single day on these outdated, boring game modes. Regular Arenas. They should have been removed or reworked long ago. The very concept of having to start bombing the damned arena at a specific time an hour before the rewards has long since outlived its usefulness and has simply turned into a daily routine that players have grown tired of over the past 10 years. You can't imagine what a gift it would be for players if you found a way to remove this routine from the game forever. So that people could log in whenever they want, and not when the alarm goes off that — it's time to grind the Arena looser if you don't want to screw up and get meager rewards. I beg you, CG. It's really time. 10 years have passed. It's time to get rid of these annoying, debilitating, outdated gamemodes once and for all.Solved563Views6likes20CommentsI was banned for cheating in the coliseum and it was not my fault!
I went to load on to my swgoh account and I got a message telling me I am banned for cheating in the coliseum. Since I use an emulator known as bluestacks to place swgoh on the same computer my younger brother has access, he admittedly told me he downloaded cheat software on my game. I am WAY to far in to lose my account because of something I simply had very little control over. Please help me, this cannot be the way I lose years of progress. I truly am sorry for his actions and I will ensure that he has no further access to my account. I don't know where to put this in the forums since EA is making this exceedingly difficult for consumers and I usually don't go this way but now I'm at my limit for courtesy and honestly I just want to pick a fight. The in-game EA Advisor support staff is completely useless. This is a joke. Since almost 2 days ago I've been forced to make 10 different in game tickets about the same issue, a missing item from a purchase I made on the webstore in a webspecial deal that was offered and every single time the issue goes unresolved and they prematurely close my tickets and don't answer any of my questions and ignore everything that I provide in text form and with screenshots. My limit was reached just now during my 11th ticket since last night I contacted EA General Support staff on the website, showed that person how the in game support staff was handling my case and how they were treating me in the chat and this human being was actually apalled by the service and apologized to me but sadly since SWGOH support is a seperate entity this person could not help me and asked kindly that I opened a new case and waited for a response, which I did last night. Last night I decided to just request a refund as it seemed more appropriate at this point due to the customer service handling of my issue and the repeated tickets and at the same time I asked for guidance as to how I could lodge a formal complaint (which is not something I would normally due but in this case I've just had enough of the disrespect). I provided proof of transaction, I even provided my ally-code and my Player ID via screenshots, the order number as well and all my required account information and went to sleep and woke up to yet another support staff member requesting information that I had already provided and no details as to how to file a complaint. I answered pointing out that I had already provided the information and I asked the support staff themselves to send me images of the webstore deal that would proove that I was wrong in my claim and the missing item from the Webspecial deal I purchased would not be included, since I had already provided the images over and over in my 10 other tickets made. The response I got a couple of minutes later (see images uploaded) is moronic at best since they again don't provide me with any information I ask for, don't answer any of my questions and obviously just follow some pre scripted response. I'm not even convinced that a human is responding to be fair since they incorrectly make the claim that it was an in game purchase and not a webstore purchase and proceed to tell me all transactions are final and no refund is possible -- yet the option to request a refund is possible in game? This is ridicoulus and completely useless customer service and obviously designed to be as difficult for the user as possible and borderlines on sociopathic behavior in the form of being a complete scam and theft. If these are human beings responding they need to be put on a seminar or as part of their training at least force them to leave the house and interact with people but in all honesty, these people should be fired from the job they can't perform to any degree and the in game support help should be removed and placed into the care of EA General Support Help as they are actually human beings responding to consumers issues. Where can I actually file a complaint about these staff members? Is EA conducting business in the manner of lies, deceit and theft and why are they getting away with this kind of behavior? P.S. I would like to clarify that I have proof of my claims of a missing item in the "Buy one get one free" web special deal. Both screenshots from the webstore before and after purchase and one of the probably 15 support staff members already admitted the contents of the original purchase package and no one has answered my question as to where it says at any point that an item would be excluded from the second free package. I have provided this proof repeatedly and still no answers. Incomplete teams and GA score question.
This is mostly about Bane, right (although there could be other cases when you want to use a smaller team, like 3 sith in 5x5). I did come across that you’ll get more points for defeating opponents with an incomplete, smaller team. However, in reality Ive got fewer points as there were fewer toons alive at the end (well, just one :-) So, I’ve started adding Bane to full 5 Sith teams to avoid losing points, which kills his rule of two, and is therefore silly. In fact, I’ve lost the last round by 4 points difference because of that, as I thought I’ll win that one even without using the rule of two (and I didn’t). So, is having an incomplete team inherently cursed by a few missing points and so should be avoided as much as possible? Shouldn’t a win with fewer fighters be rewarded instead? Thanks!Solved403Views0likes16Comments- 248Views1like1Comment
