EA connect linking fails after verification code works-can't use PC or webstore.
Hello, I am experiencing an EA Connect linking issue that has prevented me from accessing both the SWGOH PC client and the Web Store for over a month. My account was previously linked to EA Connect and worked normally on PC. Around the time of a game update, the Web Store suddenly started showing a "Something went wrong" error. At that point, my PC access was still working. To try to fix the issue, I unlinked EA Connect using the official Connect menu in-game. Since then, I have been unable to relink the account. Current symptoms: SWGOH works normally on mobile. The Connect menu shows "Not Connected" for EA Connect. I can successfully log in to my EA account. I receive and enter the EA verification code successfully. After verification, I receive a "Something went wrong" error. The same error occurs when trying to access the Web Store. Incognito mode, different browsers, and different devices do not resolve the issue. I have already contacted EA Support and in-game Help, but the issue remains unresolved. Because authentication succeeds and the failure occurs after verification, I am concerned that my EA Connect link record may be in an invalid or partially linked state. Could someone please check the EA Connect status/history for my account and verify whether the link record is corrupted or stuck? I am playing Jedi survivor on ps5. I am at the part where you are being shot at by 2 turrets and a locked door in front of you. The force focus just isn’t working at all. Can’t slam can’t do anything with it. I’ve tried resetting the controls resetting the console the game everything it just doesn’t work. Any online battle can show you how terrible this game is. Honestly this game has many flaws, way too many and Executor mirror matches is one of them. why it’s all depends on one ship? If your XB dies before your first reinforcement you gonna lose. AND ITS FULLY DEPENDS ON RANDOM CHANCE of ai focusin some other ship or XB will survive on red hps how’s that even fun or enjoyable? Like I just played 10 matches (one refreshment) and lost them all cuz xb was always dying… some other day by whatever random reason it survives and I can win. AI just trying to destroy XB as soon as possible, aiming it’s only. And only if they decide (which is fully random) focus someone else… and I’m not even talking when again DUE TO **bleep** RANDOM MECHANICS enemy ships dodging my attacks, basic and special, while my ships always take the hit. Hello, I am reaching out to support because Star Wars Battlefront II has not been working for several weeks and I have exhausted every solution I could find. Exact symptom: the game launches, the window opens for about 2 seconds, it attempts to go fullscreen, then silently closes and reopens the EA launcher. No error message, no error code, nothing. Sometimes it accepts to launch once or twice, then stops working entirely afterwards, without any changes made on my end between sessions. System configuration: - GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X - Secure Boot: Enabled - BIOS Mode: UEFI - Game purchased via Steam, tested via both Steam AND the EA App Troubleshooting steps already attempted without success: - Full uninstall of the game (including system files) and reinstall - Clean AMD driver reinstall using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) - Disabled Radeon Anti-Lag - Installed Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 x64 and x86 - Cleared the EA App cache - Verified game file integrity via Steam (no corrupted files detected) - Reinstalled EA AntiCheat via EAAntiCheat.Installer as administrator - Checked environment variables (no GAME_DATA_DIR present) - Disabled DirectX 12 in the game config files - Checked Windows Event Viewer (no error logged at the time of the crash) I suspect the issue is related to EA Javelin AntiCheat silently killing the process, as the behavior matches exactly: silent crash with no message, random between sessions, no trace in Windows logs.
