Missing Milk Can “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3”
I am trying to finish TSTO but when trying to complete “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3” quest line with the Great Raymundo, I can’t do the task of “make the Great Raymundo perform the Great milk can escape” as I don’t seem to have been given the milk can item. I have tried removing and replacing the building and character Great Raymundo but it hasn’t helped. Upon contacting customer support and opening 2 cases to try and fix this I have been instructed to post here for help, so any guidance is GREATLY appreciated.
My game
There’s a few things I’m hoping to discuss, I have Jessica lovejoy but it’s asking me to tap on Homer 10 times in a row to get the jebediah statue and I’ve done that more than 10 times and I don’t have it also I need more real estate value, I need 25 million and I only have 18, I’m sick of having to get cookie kwan to do the same thing over again and lastly I need more real estate value to be able to get more gym mats as I only have 10, I need at least 25 so I can build the country club so then get Frankie the squealer can sell country club memberships so then I can move on with my game My email address is [removed-please don't share personal information here]
Tapped Out Taps - Still Missing Characters
Hello everyone. After the release of Taps 5, does anyone still have characters missing? To name a few, all the Broadwalk Entertainers, The Pests and Dr Hibbert's Son are still unobtainable for me. After speaking EA Help they advised posting here: Thanks for waiting. It seems like a bug in the game in this case I would request you to report this on EA forum so that the officials have information about this issue, and they can take appropriate actions. Moreover, I will also go ahead and mark feedback on this as per your words.
Oct 15th update
I have been trying to update my game since yesterday. Yesterday it would eventually error out and say try again later. Today it's just sitting and spinning. The update says it's downloaded 1048/1048 (1647.4/1671.9) The last little bit never loads so I can't play. I love this game and have been playing since a few months after the launch. While I am sad this time together is ending, I am happy to play until it's shut down in January. If only it would finish downloading lol Playing on Android Samsung Galaxy tablet
Missing Quests
I have been playing TSTO for the better part of the entire run and have run into this issue in the past back around 2014 when I was unable to build Springfield Hospital but now I have about 25 characters who have everything that is required for certain tasks but they are unavailable. In total the 25 characters have over 50 tasks that are locked that should not be. I've tried putting the items in the inventory to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?
The characters are stuck
Hi. I’m new here, but have played the game for many, many years. I now have a problem I’ve never encountered before. I put several of the characters on a job yesterday, and they are all done. I have collected the money and XP from it, but they all go back on that job again and again, and are stuck there. I can collect money and XP again, and have done it several times already, but they don’t come out again. I have tried to restart the game but it hasn’t helped yet. Has anyone seen this before? And did you do anything to fix it?Locked out after latest update.
The latest/final update stopped me logging in. I’ve tried the usual steps: Updating the IOS Deleting and reinstalling Using mobile instead of wifi Installing on another device Logging out and logging in again None of it makes any difference. As soon as I tap to enter there’s a couple of seconds of swirly donut then the game crashes. EA sends me to these forums or suggests I raise a ticket in the game (the game I can’t get into). It’s bad enough my favourite mobile game for the last 10 years is stopping but not being able to finish it… so frustrating. Any help, would really be appreciated.Missing shop content!!

Pls help
Donuts still disappearing
I bought 1.2 million donuts then logged out. When I logged back in, I had just over 300,000. I contacted support (chat is the only option). I didn't realize someone had replied to my chat. The ticket is still open, but I can't send a message back. I really hate their support system.
Stolen Donuts
The final update added the ability to spend cash on donuts. Naturally I funneled all the ingame cash I had into as many donuts as I can buy only to find that the store had been rinsed of content including the yearbook which was now gone. But I bought everything I could and completed the ending quest line to see that more had been added. After this I accidentally clicked the button to visit friends Springfields and upon returning to my own Springfield found that the over 8000 donuts I had had been reduced to only 3. In addition to this the option to buy donuts with cash has vanished too meaning I can't get any more.
