Hi @KINGRA720,
The extras included with the Deluxe Party edition should be available as soon as you install and play the game for the first time, so if you are playing the game and you have the Deluxe Party Edition, you should see them in-game already.

Thanks, @KINGRA720. Could you let me know which content you looked for in the game, and where you looked for it? Did you check all the extra items or you looked for a specific one? It would be useful to know if all of them are missing for you or not.

I also did not receive any of my extra content for the ps4 version when I visit the home screen it says my available packs are for patio and holiday celebration. I have searched through cas and build mode and have none of my extras

I pre-ordered TS4 on PS4 to get the Perfect Patio Stuff pack but the contents aren't appearing in my game. It shows installed on my main menu and when I try to download it from the PSN store again it says it's already installed, yet the CAS and build/buy items are nowhere to be found ☹️ I bought it digital through the PSN store. It's frustrating to have pre-ordered but not get the pre-order bonus! I bought the bundle with the other packs and they installed and appeared in game perfectly fine, so what's up with the Patio one
- Join the club. My animal hats keep appearing and disappearing, plus Perfect Patio Stuff doesn’t show up in game or in my services list. My pre-order was from GameStop and there was only one code for everything. The game is very buggy all over. A patch is desperately needed.

Yeah for sure. Hopefully EA or whoever is in charge of the console patches and fixes gets a clue because I've seen the issue across both consoles and for both versions of the game (deluxe and regular). It just seems like really bad execution to offer a pre-order bonus and then you don't even get what you ordered. Hopefully they fix the fact it lags pretty hard going between Live and Build mode as well. I'm really happy with the game otherwise though
- I have gone through all the items in build mode. Only see the hot tubs. No party items or tiki items. And yes I habe the deluxe edition

Hi @Bassbone85,
Does it say you have Perfect Patio installed?
As you have a disc version of the game, have you redeemed the Deluxe edition code, and downloaded the content from the PlayStation Store? Remember you need to be using the profile with which you redeemed the code, then go to the Live feed of the game, and check for the contents in the PlayStation Store section.

On PlayStation 4, the code you got in the box should have given you the Awesome Animal Hats etc without a download. Only Perfect Patio should have been a download for PS4.
On Xbox One, the code should have given you access to download the three Deluxe Party Edition items. If they didn't download automatically you should be able to go to the Microsoft Store on your console and search for the items and select INSTALL.
If you were missing the code in the box, you should contact the retailer you bought the game from to obtain a replacement.

Shows perfect patio is downloaded and does appear in game. Other missing packs (deluxe party edition content) shows that I need to pay 9.99 for them and items DO NOT show up in game. you: NO. You got this wrong. Please let me explain. Amazon just sold and delivered a SEALED product a product made by EA with EA printings, with EA contents and a EA redeem Code. If you cannot understand the legal consequences behind this, thand i would like to speak with someone else, as it is clear that you sending me to Amazon has nothing to do with it. As this is not Amazon's fault this is a purely EA mistake when printing the code

Nitin: The point which you are mentioning is absolutely right, however we also have a strong point here that we never generated any code for Play station 4 and neither we asked any retailer to sell it to any customer who have play station 4, still amazon sold you this code, this is why I am asking you to ask for replacement or refund.

Second of all if you would have a look on the case details which i provided you and the screenshots plus the invoice, it clearly says that the game is for PS4. Also after i just googled my problem i saw that there is a dedicated forum topic on EA support where people are complaining about the same problem that I have. So in fact this is a EA problem not an amazon problem as it is clearly described by EA admin support over the forum topic

- Anonymous8 years agoBought my game through Amazon, the redeem code was used on my PS4 it shows purchased on the PS4 store but no trace of the additional features on the game itself, I complained to ea support with no results to my problem. Any advice?

@SkinnyB211 I also bought the Deluxe Party Edition of the game through Amazon.
From what I understand, the following items bundled with this edition were:
- Laser machine
- 'Wild party' outfits
- Flaming Tiki Bars
- 'Fun' animal hats
I know I have the laser machine, and I believe I have saw a least one flaming tiki bar. I have only noticed some content disappearing when I had no connection to the Internet and that was the laser machine. It re-appeared after I had an Internet connection and restarted the game.
I could not tell you right now if I have the rest of the content as I did not actually check I had each item when I redeemed these codes, but I will do that and get back to you. I did make sure each pack was installed though from the main menu of the game.
I redeemed several codes. One from Amazon (received by email - this is the pre-order one I believe), and at least one that came with the game. This was after installing the base game and I redeemed them from the PS Store.

Hello!
I purchased Sims 4 (PS4) Deluxe Party Edition and used the single code provided to me on the day of purchase on the Playstation Store but the only DLC I received with no extra charge that appears in my game is the Patio set. All other DLC for the Deluxe Edition did not download to my game and none of the items show up.
I am on the PS4.
PSN username is Melevadine
I purchased the Deluxe Party Edition
I purchased it November 14, 2017 (pre-ordered)
I purchased it from Gamestop (local)
In the United States
I am missing "Life of the Party," "Up All Night" & "Awesome Animal Constumes"
I am NOT missing "Perfect Patio" - it all shows up, installed and able to be used
Please let me know how this is to be resolved in order for me to receive either a free code to get my bonus packs or what I am to do so that I do not have to purchase them all separately and be ripped-off.

I bought it for ps4 and the code only gives the hot tub stuff, that’s all... no deluxe upgrade content.
