Re: 🛠️ Creating a symlink in macOS to store the Sims 4 folder on an external drive

I recently bought an external hard drive for sims 4 on my MacBook Air. I followed all the steps I found from a video but when I open the hard drive the only things that show up are the Sims 4 game and game packs folder. I don’t know what else to do, to get the electronic arts folder in there. Does anyone know what I should do?

    You have to create a symlink to successfully store the Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder on an external drive so the game can read it. See the opening post on page 1 of this thread I've merged your post into.
