  • @EA_Aljo what is an average waiting time? I’m waiting since 10/16/2023 and got not a single answer till today.

    Since it's been more than a week, you should try opening another case with an advisor and not submit another dispute. That goes to ToS and you're not able to talk to them. Opening a regular case will get you in touch with an advisor. They can look up the status of your dispute.

  • @EA_Aljo Sorry. But, maybe, I’m stupid but I do not see any link that lead to an opening a new case. There are only links to a help articles.

    Try this -

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Choose your game
    3. Choose a reason for contacting support
    4. Choose a contact option

    That should get a case opened.

  • Bro, you see hundreds of people here have the same problem, we all open cases for long days, and not even one got a positive answer from EA! can you do something for us, please? speak to someone on the higher levels? 

  • @SGANONN1 I guess there ban system is like a referee in ea fc 24 giving red cards for no particular reason
  • @EA_Aljo Thanks. Somehow, I was able to create a new case. But smth tells me that it’ll remain unresolved as previous one.
  • Yeah, we get Banned with like no proof whatsoever.

    Its like well you lost the russian roulette Game.

    Now better accept it.

    Worse then being banned , is being banned without no proof , like here this is what you exactly did. Then maybe you get a chance to explain . Afterwards they could still decide things.

    But no ... we have nothing.

    Sad.

    This is not to trash you EA ... its conscrutive criticism.

    I opened a case and they deemed that I broke the rules for coin distribution . This is 100% inaccurate and I’ve never bought or sold coins in any ea title. What would be the next step to get ea to lift the ban following their clear mistake?

    Okay did that and basically the guy said keep opening cases if the ban isn’t revoked after each new case
