Got it, thanks for giving it a shot.
Have you tried using a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen cases where changing the DNS can help with issues like this.
You can update the DNS settings in the Windows TCP/IP Settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. If you choose Manual you can then enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually recommend using the public Google DNS (Primary: 8.8.8.8, Secondary: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different public DNS you would rather use instead that should work as well.
Let me know if you're still having any trouble after that. Thanks again!

No change after that either.

Gotcha, thanks for following up and letting me know.
When you've got the chance could you run a UO Trace and send me the results? That will let us take a look at the connection between your system and the servers, so if there's anything happening in between we should be able to spot it.
For more info on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results you can send them to me in a direct message. Thanks again!

Got it, thanks!
The UO Trace you sent looks OK. The ping doesn't appear to go super high, and there isn't really any measureable packet loss for the most part. I did notice that it looks like a few of the hops may have been timing out though. In a lot of cases that points to closed ports, but you said that you double-checked and made sure your port forwarding wasn't reverted.
I noticed earlier that you mentioned you had run through a lot of other troubleshooting already as well. In that troubleshooting did you already try flushing the DNS on your PC? If not, could you give that a shot for me to see if it makes any difference at all?
You can find more info on how to do that over at the EA Help website. Let me know if that makes a difference for you at all. Thanks again!

Thanks for letting me know. I'm sorry to hear it's still happening for you.
When you've got a chance could you grab a DxDiag and share it here so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

Hopefully it helps.

Thanks! I appreciate that.
Looking through the diagnostics in the DxDiag I did notice that the Origin client itself seems to be crashing pretty often. When you've got the chance could you try clearing out your Origin cache to see if that helps at all? I'm wondering if there may be an issue with the cached data in the client that's causing these crashes.
You can find more details on how to clear the cache over at the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still seeing issues in Apex Legends after that. Thanks again.

Didnt work either

Thanks for giving that a shot for me.
Could you also try totally uninstalling and reinstalling the Origin client itself to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to do so over at the EA Help website.Let me know if the same issues keep popping up after that. Thanks again!
