Thank you. You've got some very high ping times starting with the 5th hop and a little packet loss. This is happening well before the test server so it would be on your ISP's side and is the reason you're experiencing a high ping. However, this could also be due to the distance to the test server. Where are you located? If you used easo.ea.com, that's a server in the US. If you're closer to Europe, you should use 159.153.72.252 instead.

Here are uotrace for the ip you mentioned and also for the server that i usually i play on (singapore gce1). In singapore it stops tracing warning max hops reached

Can you run the test again and make sure to send 100 packets? Even with only sending several packets, you're getting packet loss and very high ping times well before you reach our test server. That would indicate this is an issue with your ISP. Try running the test again and send 100 packets so we can get some more accurate results. Thanks!
