If reinstalling the game solved the problem temporarily but you're seeing it appear again, it may help to try reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat specifically.

You can try that with the steps over on EAC's website here.

After that, I would try repairing your current Apex installation once more rather than reinstalling.

You may also want to check that you're running the game as an administrator specifically, and have created exceptions in any antivirus software for Apex.
