It looks like your Xbox account may have been linked to a different account previously. You could try relinking it to the previous account to restore your content. Community ManagerEven though you played more on your PS account, it was largely/primarily/mostly from before we updated the level cap to 500. That's why the Xbox account was chosen as the primary.
Which skins are you missing? It's possible those were platform specific so you won't have access to them on Xbox.

It was a different issue with that streamer. They legitimately had the wrong level account used as the primary, but that's not the case with your account.
Same here, Playstation amount has hundreds of hours, while my pc account had Maybe 50 and it was chosen as the primary account. It removed my playstation account on my ps5 aswell and replaced it with my pc account
bruh im having the same problem ☹️ been back and forth with EA help and everytime im told the same thing, go to form or ask for help again
then they say to unlink but the they wont let you unlink for months!! now i gotta wait 5 months to unlink to hope i get my stuff back
Same with me, i haven't touched that old acc for 3 years and i was level 891 back then, so many red shards so many sklins, so much time of my life invested for nothing literally.
