Apex made me loose RP in ranked

I play mainly ranked and after this new update the game keeps crashing. It kicks me to the Home Screen and will not allow me to reque. Instead of requeing it give me abandonment penalties! Not once but twice. That 180 points -.- apex kicks me and kills my RP. HOW AND WHO do I talk too about this.
