Can't Connect to EA Servers

Question

Hello,I have been using EA APP/Origin for years and been an EA Play Pro member since it was available. I have had an issue since late June/July of this year that I cannot connect to EA servers to play any games online via a wired connection. I have ran all the troubleshooting available, checked to see if my account was banned which it's not and changed/uninstalled everything that I can think off on this end and it still won't let me connect with a wired connection just says I am "offline" and never connects when I click connect. I can run steam, xbox app, ubisoft connect, epic games launcher etc all fine with my wired connection but not the EA APP. I am getting to the point where I am just not going to renew my subscription and never use this launcher again. If someone has any ideas that could help or provide any insight at all with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.&nbsp;

Hi there,Thanks for taking the time to respond. It does not give me an error. It just says that I am offline. I got into BF1 last night via wifi could search servers but as soon as I switched it back to wired it stopped working and said I was offline again. I tried everything in that troubleshooter and nothing helped.

@northernace Is your wifi a different connection or is it the same as the one wired one? One test that you can do to understand if this is related to your connection or not, is using your mobile hotspot to connect. If it allows you to connect, it's probably something on your ISP side blocking the connection.

why will he ISP suddenly block his connection? I have the same problem but I lost connection to ea server with weird and wifi set up!&nbsp;

@Bultarna  I'm not saying they're blocking it on purpose, but I've seen many people who are unable to connect to the servers while connected to their main connection but able to connect when using a mobile hotspot. That helps us identify the root cause of the issue.
