yes , i follow what you give me , and as i said it didnt do anything 

cant click resume because there is no download on waiting , when i clear chace and the app reboot i have to click download again because is not on preparing...

game still stuck on preapring at the end of the day ugh

I am trying to pre.load Jedi Survivor and I have the *exact* same issue. I put 70€ into this bloody game and I am not buying a PS5 to get it.

Hey , on mine it doesnt even start , just stuck on the start of the preparing right after i click download .

@VinnieLaViva There is no pause or any option when you launch the app at all. even in the download manager at the bottom?

Hey , No, unfortunately nothing, the download doesn't exist after the reboot, I guess it's because the download didn't start from the beginning .

It doesn't start to download even one percent, it's just stuck on preparing at zero percent😢

@VinnieLaViva Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the App as administrator and let us know if that helps.

Hi, it didn't work im about to gave up, a fifa player for many years it never happened to me, I tried to look for a solution on the internet for days already and nothing

Even in clean boot which nothing should interfere with it is still in the same state , appreciate the help tho 

Could be related to the fact that the system runs on Windows 11? 

@VinnieLaViva Win 11 would only be a factor if the OS build you have would be blocking it somehow. I get it is frustrating because it would seem like the simple steps would resolve it but do not always.

So you take into account things like changing the following

• UAC
• Firewall settings
• Running the EA App as admin
• Safe Mode with networking (which you said you did)
• A new Windows account

Hello again, I have an update, I tried to download the game now on my old computer, it always worked on it, and it is also stuck in the same state, so it is probably the network right ?

It's strange that the network blocks only EA software only and suddenly, because it worked on the old computer, and now it doesn't work there also

I tried downloading NFS Unbound with the EA Play from XBOX and it have the same problem 'stuck on preparing'

I have downloaded FIFA 23 with this problem successfully through Origin. But I uninstall FIFA 23 recently. When I wanted to downloaded it again the problem still exist.

im facing same problem, like this game has millions of fans, and even the company cant solve this, thats just talking crap i paid almost 15 dollars on the sub and cant even get the game i subbed for
