Hey. I've been trying to use the skill cheat on sims 4.I've tried doing testingcheats true first then stats.set_skill_level Major_Charisma 6 and then pressing enter on my keyboard but nothing works 🙄 any suggestions?

@KeiKwun Skill cheats were updated a while ago.Try stats.set_skill_level AdultMajor_Charisma for that skill.Search for TwistedMexi for more cheats.

@EuphorialQueen stats.set_skill_level Major_Charisma still works fine for me. Does it also not work for you ? @KeiKwun Yes, just hitting enter after entring the cheat should do. Are you sure you selected an SIm that's at least a teen ? It's always used on the Sim that is active.

@KeiKwun Have you tried if it works online ? I would be really surprised if that was the case but weirder things have happened.

@EuphorialQueen Thanks for your reply, I have tried this also and it hasn't worked.@crinrict Yep the sims is a young adult and is the only person in the household. I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that magically helps 😃

@KeiKwun Did you check if testingcheats was indeed enabled ? If not, try testingcheats on instead of true

@crinrict thanks for your reply. Yes when inputting testingcheats true, it showed as enabled.

I don't really know what I could be doing wrong. I've left the gameplay playing too when trying to do it.

I am playing the game in offline mode. Could that be effecting it?

I've only tried Charisma, Logic and Skill_Fitness.
It is enter to complete the action right?

Hi! What's up? If you are on a PC or MacBook, you can either repair the cheat after resetting your game if no cheats are working, or you can shift-click your sim, and then a Command Center will pop up and if you look through the menu, you should find it.
Checking the game for bugs: (repair)
I only know how to reset through Origin if that's how you downloaded the game. You will:
1. Open Origin Platform
2. Sign in if Needed
3.Open your profile from the bottom left corner of the screen
4. Go to owned games
5. Press Sims 4
6. Tap the gear or settings icon
7. Press Repair

Hi, I don’t know if you will respond but I am also having the same problem. I tried what you said about repairing it from Orgin but it’s not giving me the option to repair it at all. Is there anything else I can try?
