I'm afraid it's too complicated to change this design.
Why are not you moving to New Crest, where my family lives? We have a lot of snow there,
Save your home to the library and place this hause in New Crest - in panel "City Management"
Then level the lot. where your family lives so that they can get the money back for the old house, then move this family to New Crest to the same house.

Because my house don't fit in New Crest I designed specifically for living in a desert and before seasons it was a high desert, and I don't believe its too complicated to change design.
Edit: Plus with so little lots in the game its impossible to irgnore Oasis Springs and they already got a world without snow DO Sol Valley why are two needed?
Edi2: I want to play in a high desert, not a low desert. If I wanted to play in New Crest I would have started there. Its there fault for not adding high desert when they sent Seasons off, and do I have to buy Get Famous, no not buying Get Famous until my problem is fixed.
