Re: Sims 4 Gallery freezing pc

I've been having the same issue with the gallery freezing my game whenever I go in just to try to look for and download a haunted house. Sometimes it'll crash it. Other times it just freezes and I can't do anything. It's the only way I've been able to get it off. My screen is to completely reset my computer. I tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the game deleting a certain catch file that I found online. They said to delete that didn't help. I'm not sure what's going on. I've never had an issue with the gallery before
