LS: "Not Exploring Romantic Boundaries" option missing

What happens when the bug occurs? only options for open to exploring romantic boundaries
What do you expect to see? option to not explore romantic boundaries
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Maybe it's a feature I can't figure out, but since I've had the love struck pack I've noticed I can't set any of my sims to not be exploring romantic boundaries. All of my coupled sims only have the option to be open to or be exploring romantic boundaries. The Lessons indicates that there should be a "not open to exploring romantic boundaries" setting. The only thing I see I can edit in CAS under Romantic Boundaries is yes/no on the four jealousy options. Under sexual orientation, I also have "no" checked to this sim is exploring romantically, however I don't think this is related. Am I missing something? Does it come at level 10 romance skill or something?
