From what I can see in you pic, it looks like there is no foundation under that foyer looking room on the right. That does happen sometimes when you build a house on a flat foundation and raise it or when you have a platform involved or used the wrong arrows to raise the house. By that last, I mean you used the platform arrows instead the foundation arrow.
Regardless, to fix it, all you need to do is use the room tool and trace the outline of the room or rooms affected again. You'll have to redo the wall and floor finishes in the room since they will get wiped out when you do that. And you might have to replace whatever objects that disappear when you retrace the walls.
