[BY DESIGN] [IL] Can't use nail polish on mermaids

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.79.93.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Dream Home Decorator, Country Kitchen, and Industrial Loft.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Edit a mermaid sim in CAS, switch to their mermaid form and try to add nail polish.
What happens when the bug occurs? The accessories category does not include the new fingernails section.
What do you expect to see? A nail polish category when selecting accessories.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The Spa Day update that added nail polish.

EDIT: I looked at this a little closer, and the nail polish is available if you are under the accessory super category rather than a specific one (like rings, for example).

But the fingernails category isn't available as a specific choice.

For anyone looking for it:

On female mermaids, select accessories and remove the swimwear tag.

On males, do the same but also remove the feminine tag.
