@Psychotps ah, ok I was thinking that if I placed candy pumpkin dish's and pumpkins outside on lawn and so on that they could be saved to just all be placed out with one click during the holiday.. I kinda stopped playing around with holidays because of the tedious putting them all back one by one in household inventory and placing them again.
- Psychotps5 years agoSeasoned Ace@Korgly That's what I do. I search the box for placeable items. Once the holiday is done, I move them into the household inventory, ready for next year. I also do that for regular holiday items like Christmas trees and such.

@Korgly , I agree, which is why I mostly just use the automatic decorations for the outside, and only put a few out for each holiday for the inside (and sometimes I don't even bother with those! 😳 )
One nice thing about the decorations box is that if your Sims are low on money and you have this box, you can rummage through it and it will give you 3 items that you can sell for simoleons! 🙌 You can do this over and over is your Sims really need the cash! 😉 - Korgly5 years agoNew Hotshot
I play on console so going back in forth in buy mode is pretty laggy for me unless I click on the notification tab repetitively so probably wouldn't do it every holiday lol but yah

I need one of those for real life then not my sim 😉 my sims is a multi millionaire
- Psychotps5 years agoSeasoned Ace@Korgly I'm the same way as @PugLove888. Most houses I just use the "Put up/Take down decorations" action on the box. It's easy and does it automatically. I only do the placeable ones on houses I end up playing long-term.
