Official rules regarding CC creation and Patreon

Hai! 

The last I checked, when Sims 4 was first released, one could not charge for CC.

I'd like to know EA's official take on CC Creation and Patreon. I'm not asking to give anyone a hard time. I am asking so that I know the "legal" parameters in setting up a CC Patreon of my own. I've paid up to $20.00 USD to access pay gated CC set of build items, clothing, skins and cosmetics. In effect, paying for the content.

Are there monetary limits as to what one can charge?

Are there time limits for how long CC Items may be gated behind Patreon fees?

I'd love to know because I'd like to start my own Patreon but I'd like to do it in such a way that it does not break EA's game copyright rules or ToS.
