The simple answer is no. There will always be errands on the sims that give them. Once you've done all the errands for a sim though, they will randomly recycle but may give you different items as the reward. But the thing is: you don't have to keep doing them. Just ignore the option after you've done all the ones you want or need to do. It's all up to you when you don't want to do them anymore.
But there are certain things that you can get from errands that are hard to get otherwise so if you are looking for say, a Mysterious Mushroom, keep doing them until you get one for the errand reward. Same goes for other hard to find items.
