ghost children not having ghost skill tree/ghost mastery part of simology panel

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all, except some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a ghost child
What happens when the bug occurs? there's no ghost skill tree or ghost mastery part of the simology panel at all, also no souls journey which I know isn't for children but shouldn't it be when they're dead?
What do you expect to see? that the things missing aren't missing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
