I accidentally bought the sims 4 get to work pack 3 times because I thought that it didn't go through, and I couldn't see my orders because it simply wouldn't let me, and I really need a refund. I have no idea where I can go because every time i try to get to the form to do a refund it sends me right back where I started.

I have big 2 problem about The Sims 4.
1. I bought expansion pack [Growing Together] but can't download on EA App. My order number is 1005604486647
now still show purchase button on this pack display. How can I get it?
2. Since I bought expansion pack, your system charged my credit card twice, I need you to cancel one transaction, or do you have any another advises if you can't cancel it.
All transections happen on 10 February 2024.

For a refund, you'll need to contact EA customer support. Sims 4 DLC is not eligible for automatic refunds, but you also shouldn't have been able to buy the same item multiple times. So an EA support rep should be able to manually process the refund.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If the support page isn't loading, try using a different browser. I just checked the link using Firefox, and the live chat option popped up after a few seconds.
